I realize it's in a gas station but the person behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude. He was watching something on his phone when we arrived so it must have made him angry to have to stop what he was doing. He had no patience and no manners.

Horrible service, donuts hard and stale. Employee (Anowarul) screamed at me in his native middle eastern lanuguage becuase I said donuts were stale, he put them in the microwave, and when I asked him to exchange the donuts he began yelling at me again upsetting me until I left the store without a refund, donuts or coffee. Customers who witnessed the incident were appalled and shocked. I feel anowarul behavior may have been due to a bias agsint women. It was a horrible experience. I have contacted DD and have not heard back from Dunkin Donuts.

Worst service ever. The line took absolutely forever, despite it not being busy. My coffee was in drinkable, my order was given away to someone else, and then I watched the staff inside argue back and forth about where my order was instead of making a new one.

I waited in line for 20 min this morning. The staff clearly has no idea what they're doing. It's a horrible way to start my day, bad coffee and long wait for the bad coffee
Very frustrating experience here... I accidentally placed my online coffee order at another Connecticut Avenue location (which I'm sure happens frequently as there are several Connecticut Avenue locations). I purchased donuts and a gift card in this store before realizing my error. I politely asked for an accommodation to be made as the other location was notably out of my way, and the Manager unapologetically refused. I was sent to my car to get my phone for confirmation, then still told no because my "order was too big". (It was 3 iced coffees). Her choice to turn me away will result in MY CHOICE to NEVER patronize this location again - even though it's the closest to my work. I will gladly drive out of my way to avoid such nasty service. I suggest you steer clear too.

The orders used to be good until they got new workers. This is the THIRD time that I placed an order for a ham egg and cheese sandwich and they FORGOT THE EGG! Last time I went back to let them know they got my order wrong, it took them three tries to get a breakfast sandwich right when I showed them the receipt and told them physically what the order was. If the manager is reading this, please train your staff. This was a simple egg sandwich order, egg sandwiches come with eggs!!!
