AWFUL & DISGUSTED! Although I have never eaten at the one on 493 Connecticut Ave, they have a mini café inside the 200 Connecticut Ave office building were I work. I have ordered from there a few times (out of convenience and lack of time) and was never pleased with the food. Today was my last day ever ordering there! So, I order a sandwich with the hard-roll toasted, the guy behind me ordered a steak sandwich and the girl proceeds to place the raw meat on the grill and with the SAME glove pick up my hard-roll! Ummm... HELLOOO?! I told her politely what she did and she took her glove off but still made my sandwich which had already been contaminated with raw meat juices. No "sorry let me get you another sandwich" or "new hard-roll", just $6.25, here you go! P.s. - there was a blonde lady standing next to her, who I believe is the owner, did nothing either. And if that's not enough, I seen this happen to another guy a few weeks earlier. Sorry I don't like stomach aches and food poisoning, way too sloppy...NEVER AGAIN! P.s.s. - Their prices always vary. And If you get a sausage, egg and cheese (it comes on a hard-roll) and a bagel, it's cheaper than getting a sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel. Yeah, that makes sense! -Troy
