They always seem very disorganized. Even though no one was ahead of us when we got there, we waited about 10-15 minutes before anyone even took our order. The young lady who took our order was kind of rude. Luckily, before I left, I counted the pieces of chicken in my order because I would have gotten less than I paid for. When I informed them about the discrepancy, it seems that they didn't have any more cooked chicken and we would have to wait an additional15 minutes. I feel like instead of letting me know that they had to cook more chicken, they gave me an incomplete order because they didn't expected me to check my order before leaving. Not my first time at this location but it'll likely be my last.

I walked into KFC on Richards Ave in Norwalk, CT and found Nerlyny and Alejandro. They attended to my order, and worked as a fantastic team. By the time Nerlyny was handing me my change, Alejandro already had my order in the bag and handed it to me. Incredible service, and both with warm smiles. On this dreary rainy day, it was nice to come in for a quick take out with exceptional service. I am sure the manager is very proud of the these two!! Oh! and the chicken was delicious!!

Have been coming here for about 7 years. The previous management/ownership was not good but the current one seems to have overhauled and remedied all that. Every time I've gone here for the past year the food is consistently good, the service is consistently good, and the dining area is kept clean. So glad they made this location better!

The food was excellent, service was awesome, food was hot and excellent, I’ve came here so many times and it’s never disappointed. The chicken is so crispy and the Mac and cheese was so creamy and cheesy and it definitely satisfied me. The drink options are really good too. The wraps are an excellent addition to the menu. Would 100% come back.

Every time I order from the app and go here they seem surprised there is an order and the food arrives 20-25min after the estimated time on the app. Today I watched customers walk out in disgust as they were fed up with the wait time. Corporate needs to do something about this store.
Getting the food at the drive-thru took so long they kept asking people to pull over in the parking spaces to wait. When I got home food was wrong ?Parking: All the cars that went through the drive-thru were parked waiting for their food.

Overall the experience was really good I did have to wait on Chicken. It wasn't what I wanted but it definitely was worth the wait. I do recommend trying their barbecue sauce if you like Wendy's barbecue sauce it is so amazing I kind of think it might be better

I moved to the USA from England and was quite excited to try KFC here, expecting it to be much better than what was already a pretty good fried chicken experience at KFC in England. I've been to a total of 4 different KFCs in locations from Kentucky to New York and they have all been awful. Passable chicken, old fries, fed up employees. Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else that does fried chicken, or failing that, find somewhere else that doesn't do fried chicken and eat something different.
