A very sweet and local place. A highlight is the refried beans and the rice we should've just had that. They were cooked to perfection. The waitress was the only one in a room that was pretty packed, and we felt bad for her. The tacos and the eggs were OK but kind of bland but the sauce is they give you when you first sit down made them much better. One of our favorite things to always order in Mexican restaurants is guacamole, and that was kind of brown when served and lacked flavor and they gave you just a few chips for a larger size portion. The ambience is very nice and the music is festive because when it is off the air-conditioning/heating unit is quite loud. There are authentic things for sale, and that is quite charming. We appreciated our experience as we are going through an authentic low-key Mexican restaurant tour of fairfield and Westchester over the next few months.

This dining experience was the absolute worse , they got the whole order wrong . The food was cold and nasty. The food had no flavor. They gave me 2 small triangle chicken quesadillas when i requested steak. My husbands plate of nachos had nothing on them just meat and tortilla chips even when we asked for them to have everything(onions, cilantro, jalapenos ect you know the works). So dissapointing - i think the 2 bottled sodas were the best part of dining here

This is an staple place in Norwalk, I love the carnitas plate they serve on Sundays, and the Aguachile with shrimp is to die for! But most importantly is the owner’s and personnel service, they’re really nice people. Felicidades!!
If you enjoy AUTHENTIC Mexican food, this cozy hole in the wall. location is well worth your visit. They immediately come out with a large basket of tortilla chips and three sauces - tomatillo/Verde, a very interesting cabbage-based version as well as a smoky/spicy chipotle one. I chose to have a pollo milenesa torta that was built with extremely fresh ingredients. The chicken was pounded, thin and fresh fried on the spot. You can feel safe here spending your hard earned dollars. It's just a quick jump off I 95 for a good meal instead of the crap that you find at the rest stops.

Came here with my family. Honestly my favorite Mexican restaurant in lower Fairfield county. Ambiance is cozy, family oriented. The food is DELICIOUS! Nicely cooked to perfection, very tasty, lots of flavor! The homemade juices are really good too! Great portion size. The prices are where they're supposed to be. Not overpriced. Great prices for a family! The staff are very polite and friendly. I will be back!

Worst atmosphere ever, WHAT HAPPENED?? I came here a few weeks ago, the vibe was fantastic. Mexican music, a lady singing, proper Mexicans style !! I thought this is it I have found the best Mexican restaurant here. AND THEN, i went last night, as i walked in and asked for a table I wasn’t greeted properly and felt uncomfortable right away. Anyway I sat down and it was like i was in a completely different place no music no vibe 1 waitress ! The what seems like the chef or might have been the owner came out the kitchen went to sit down on a table and start a conversation with the only other table . The only n thing to listen to was there conversation, ni music no vibe. incredible, the food was on the same standard that is very good but ill rather order take out and sit in a park if i ever order from there. So Sad !! What a waste of a fantastic restaurant with such a potential!!

Spent almost $50 on take out and then they wanted to charge us for a to-go bag of chips and salsa. The same chips and salsa that they give you free when you dine-in. The manager came over and said if you don't like it, you can just give us the food back. Shocked that after coming here so many times they would treat a customer this way. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE???

Cute hole in the wall In a small shopping plaza With ample parking. Co workers and I ordered take in for Cinco de Mayo. We had chicken nachos which were a very nice portion and we filled with beans, cheese, and nicely marinated chicken. I had the chicken salad which was a very nice portion and packed with fresh veggies and chicken. My co worker had the chicken burrito which was huge and flavorful. We will be back For take out as the restaurant is small Inside. They take credit card and serve lunch and dinner
