This is my favorite McDonalds in the Norwalk/Westport/Darien area. I've done mobile pickup and use the drive-through almost daily. Mobile pick up is easy, but I prefer the drive-through because it's quicker when you're just picking up a soda. I'd recommend mobile pickup for a larger food order.I love this drive-through because even when the line looks incredibly long, it still runs smoothly and quickly. I go here almost every day to get my diet coke fix and all of the workers are so kind. They always smile and wave when I go through and wish me a good day.Please be nice to the ladies at this drive-through - so many costumers can be rude, but being nice makes them happy to see you and you get to know how kind they are.I can't comment on most of the food items because I'm a vegetarian. But when I order a hash-brown, fries, or a vanilla cone/sundae, they're always ready quickly and have never disappointed. The fries and hash-browns are hot and crispy, and I've never seen them have an out-of-order ice cream machine - which is incredible because other local McDonalds are always having issues with them!Vegetarian options: There aren't many vegetarian options. I just stick to fries, hash-browns, ice cream, and diet cokes. The fries are so good I'll always get some when my husband wants McDonalds. I wish McDonalds here were more like the ones in the UK/Europe - where they have an entire vegetarian section with great options.Parking: There's a good size lot with enough spaces, but it's not a huge parking lot, and when the drive-though line is long, it does take up a lot of space in the lot, making it difficult to park or pull out.

This is one of the better McDonald's. The exterior and dining areas on two floors were recently renovated. Service is friendly and very fast. The food of course, is the same as it is at all McDonald's.

The attitudes of the managers are unacceptable. Can't even go to McDonald's now without any issues. If you mess up someone's order, it's NOT the customers fault. Is yours. Take some kind of accountability for you mistake, and idc if it's just McDonald's, take some damn pride in your job.

omg this is the most crappiest Mcdonalds ever. I wish I can put 0 stars . Every time I go there they always get the wrong order and they fill there food half way even though they charge an arm and a leg for it . Every time I go there is always an issue. nobody there knows how to speak English and even when I speak to them slowly they still assume and get the order wrong. I am pregnant and been craving mc donalds which is even more fustrating during my lunch break. This is my first ever bad review because its just so annoying and fustrating. Today was the last straw due to trying to be charge almost $3 for a cup of ice. Starbucks is even a little bit more pricier on food but they even give out FREE cups of ice and there food is better! They always g=just give attitides and assume things even when they know they dont know how to speak 100% English. The mcdonalds close to home they give out free cups of ice.

I understand it's McDonalds and I understand expectations should just be "low" however the food was "fine" at best. They didn't bring the food to me which is why they went to the kiosk style ordering and then when I asked for a refill they said no . I will NEVER go there again. And on top of it all I had a very uncomfortable chair since they do not have any booths or normal seating that McDonalds usually would have. Enjoy me not coming back to this location.

Was served my quarter pounder with a gum inside. the bald headed manager with glasses would return it to me to show the officer who ended up arriving because the manager was being a pain and wouldn't refund me. only took 7 times. No wonder fat people eat...
