Service is disgusting. The owner (bald chubby one) had such a bad attitude & argued with me & proceeded to say he did not care about me telling him I did not know his pene la vodka was made with him. (I can’t eat pork) very combative and rude. The women that works there is very nice though. And the food is not even all that. It’s a 3/10 on the pene la vodka.

Our very first time ordering pizza at New Crossroads. We meant to order two large cheese pizzas and mistakenly ended up ordering two large house specials. It was a good mistake on our part because they were absolutely delicious. No leftover pizza this time around. Will definitely be ordering from New Crossroads again.

I didn't like the fact that on the actual website not affordable of the food options are listed and then on Google says 1 price but they charge you a different price and then when you ask about it or bring it to their attention they get mad at you like you presented the false information for food pricing. Other than that the food is great just gotta work on the fact that life is reality and not a fantasy world.

Every time I have ordered here it has been great. This time I wanted a BBQ chicken pizza, something I've had from many places. I was happy to see the option with pineapple and thought, this place must make a really good BBQ pizza! I was wrong. It was swimming in BBQ sauce to the point were it was all that could be tasted. If you like a lighter amount of BBQ or maybe some aromatics on there with it, be sure to ask. We could barely even taste the chicken and even though there was a lot of pineapple, you couldn't taste that either with all that BBQ. Real bummer, we usually love everything we get from here!

While I was waiting for my order she was playing with her toe nails then she went ahead and preparing the pizza dough and she had really bad attitude nasty won’t recommend at all!!
We love crossroads they feed my family twice sometimes three times a week. Delivery always on time. Everyone there is so kind love talking to Maria on the phone she’s so sweet . Timi and Dimitri are the best. Definitely norwalks number one go to place . Must try timis fried balls with Nutella
