I ordered the chicken chipotle sandwich and am highly disappointed! I advise everyone that goes here, Norwalk CT location, to double check their order. This is the 2nd time my order was incorrect but this recent sandwich order was by far horrible. There's no chicken in it. The audacity to even think this was ok to give to a customer is beyond me. The only thing I omitted on my order was the cheese. I'm not going back.

Whew! Where do I begin!?Currently, Panera Bread has a promotion for “free delivery!” HAH! No it isn’t!I was about to order for the delivery using the promo. To begin with, they up charged EACH of my entree’s over $3!When I went to apply the promotional code, it took off A Whole Dollar Bill! That’s right, only $1! Where’s the deal!? Where’s the discount!?I opted out of the delivery and saved myself over 10 plus dollars!It doesn’t end there!I pick up my food and look through the bag to check if everything is okay.One of my “whole salads” is lopsided in the bag…talk about tossed salad!I don’t mind adding a tip to pick up my order, at least appreciate it and provide me with better customer service experience, thank you!

The food was great, but the service was really slow. They didn't have a cashier for about 5-7 min. We placed an order at the self-kiosk because we didn't see anyone or anyone say something to us. In my opinion, they need to work at the customer service if they are busy, I totally can understand, but we were confused waiting for a cashier, we could use that time to order, then I ordered an apple juice, a sandwich, chips and a soup. Everything except my juice was on the tray, so I asked at the pick-up area, and they didn't know about my apple juice. They told me to go at the front with the cashier, she didn't know because again, I placed my order at the kiosk, she asked for my last name when I didn't give them my last name. Then, after giving her my name and last name, I explained to her that I was just missing an apple juice. She checked again with the pick-up area, and finally, she said, "Oh yeah, it's right there next to the cookies." It's ridiculous. I spent that long just for an apple juice.

I’ve only been at this location twice so far and I’m a very early bird. They’re very quick and efficient and very very kind. I’m fully satisfied with them ay this location. I really appreciate your effort. Helped me with my refund because of a mistaken double transaction super fast and so kindly. The morning crew of the weekend deserves it all! Thanks!!!!Vegetarian options: You may customize it however you wish!Parking: It’s a plaza type so parking is plentiful!

Absolutely the worst service. How can you place a simple order of Turkey chili in a bread bowl with ginger ale…. And get it wrong????Two items. Got my chili. No bowl, no drink, 1/2 opened container. Just so sloppy. Prepared badly, and delivered even more poorly.If you can’t do delivery right, DONT DO IT.
