Walked in at 9:05 when the website says they close at 10, woman says they’re already closed. Update the hours then, or don’t try to get out early next time.

I did a pickup order from here the other week and when we got the food home my daughter, who's only 7, took a bite of her salmon and immediately spit it out. It was rubbery and was not a color I've ever seen of salmon. It was so disgusting you could tell the fish has been sitting around cut up for days.

To be perfectly honest, I have been here in 2 years but still felt compelled to leave a review. This was the best poke that I've ever had in my life, way better to Pokeworks which sometimes screws up the rice (like how do you do that?). Best post-workout meal ever was two scoops of salmon and tuna each with a beer and plenty of toppings. It was always fresh with massive portions if you became a regular and tipped well. Even in NYC, the typical poke joint topping selection pales in comparison.

The food is great, but I ordered for delivery, and they never included cutlery. Should I eat with my hands?

I really like the food at this place, but there is a girl who works there and she is always angry, they always serve customers poorly, she doesn't respond to greetings, much less greet you, I live in Norwalk and I know several people who have not returned to this place because of her bad attitude, from today I will not return either.

The staff was rude. I changed my order before they started prepping it. The worker dropped what she was doing and stormed off slamming there kitchen doors. The other worker eventually stepped in, but charged me for a large bowl I didn't order or receive. While eating I reviewed the receipt and asked for a refund for the item I didn't get or want. They ignored it for 10 minutes. I asked again and they said there was nothing they could do. Their manager wasn't there and they don't never make a mistake like that before. More waiting. Had to really argue to get the refund.

Absolutely awful experience today. The middle aged woman that served me 8/14/23 at 1pm did not even say hello to me and cut me off by saying “what do you want”. I was the only customer there, and she was visibly annoyed that she had to get up out of her chair and get off her phone to serve me. Did not make eye contact with me or even look in my direction once, was very unpleasant, no manners, and reprimanded me for ordering another bowl after my first one (???). Used to be my go to spot for poke besides Pokeworks in Westport, and I will now be giving my business solely to them. Their customer service is leagues above this Pokemoto and they have much easier parking as well. This experience has turned me off completely, and the manager needs to replace her or they will lose a lot more customers. I am one of many reviews complaining about this woman…how is she still there

It’s really a hit or miss. A few days ago went in and got a salmon poke bowl and the salmon was not fresh at all. I had to throw out the whole bowl. The times it’s fresh it’s delicious but this has happened so many times where the shrimp are really salted which means they aren’t fresh. Or the salmon tastes so bad as if it’s been sitting there overnight without refrigeration. Wish it was always fresh!

Usually the woman attendant is wonderful, but the guy who stays in her place is not pleasant at all.I bought a poke, the salmon was green, the rice tasted strange, I ended up not eating the poke

the worker shawna is her that she she told me on the phone. not sure if that's really her. but she had such an attitude towards me and my brother. she was also yelling at her co workers and being very demanding. it was so rude to witness and dehumanizing. she screamed at my brother when he had trouble putting in his card because the machine was broken. the food is also a day old and smells fishy but not in a good way. i'm very displeased. please figure this out because i used to love coming here but now i will NOT be returning anytime soon. also when "shawna" picked up the phone she immediately had a horrible attitude, not sure if it's because she's over worked, overweight, overly exhausted but this needs to be fixed.

There was not only SHRIMP (which i didnt order and i dont eat) in my salad there was a whole STAPLE in my MOUTH!!!! I called and asked to speak to a manager and the young man answered the phone and said the manager isnt there. I explained to him what I ordered and what I received and explained that there's a staple in my salad and maybe they should check the lettuce or something I don't know how it got in but to prevent it happening and possibly injure someone I felt the need to let the restaurant know ...as I've been ordering there almost everyday this week and last week as I enjoy the food.....and this young man decides to cuss me out and told me I'm a liar and how the fuck is a staple in my food and its impossible. I said now you're cussing me...this is why I need a manager...he told me well bring the fukkin salad and the staple!!!! Then he proceeded to cuss me and tell me to get off his fukkin phone and hung up . HORRRRRRIIIBBLLEEEE customer service will never order there again!!!!

They didnt send me any soda, fork, soy sauce as specificated in the order... Rice was too hard. I dont raccomand it.

(May 2) 2023 at 1:25 pm that person taking the orders there IS THE WORST PERSON THAT HAS EVER BEEN THERE SHE MUST BE REMOVED. 1 year coming and no problem but now she was the rudest and worst service ever.. not coming back.
