The chicken sandwich was warm, the pickles were cold and that macaroni and cheese was scrumptious!! The dining room was completely empty when we walked in, so we had the place to ourselves. I loved it!
I prefer Popeyes to KFC. Staff is friendly and they get my order correct.

We were there today and no one knew how to scan anything or sell us a gift card. Food took 15 minutes and was so bad. No one in the place.

literally so bad my fries were dry, I had to wait 25 minutes for my food sitting my car, only person in line. what type of fast food is that even kfc could do it better. Haven hot so much better. literally employees so rude too and that chicken was a$$.

I am absolutely shocked at how bad the food was. The fries were chewy and disgusting, the biscuit was not fresh either and there was a hair in the food. Plus the portions were EXTREMELY stingy and they included only one sauce packet with two meals. Never ever again, will always go to the Connecticut Ave location.

I've been here before and the food was good. The place is nice, clean, good customer service, however today the food was sad. I ordered a 3pc combo with fries and a strawberry lemonade frozen. Came up to about 13 bucks. The biscuit believe or not was the best I've had in a while. However the chicken was bland. I don't know who left out all the seasoning in this chicken but please ask for help next time. And my fries were tough like they came out of the microwave. The best part of my meal was the drink and the biscuit. Better lick next time. And please stick to the recipe.
