75 minutes to deliver from Washington Street right over the bridge to East Norwalk and the food was ice cold. Now we remember why we stopped ordering from this place. I guess a $75 order isn't big enough.

I love the food at this place, I recommend the fried arepas with shredded meat and cheese, they are delicious?and the snacks, I love the combinations, they are the best However, unfortunately, the customer service when you eat at the place is not good and it is very important. I hope they improve that. appearance but the food is delicious you should try it advice order takeout eating at the place it is not very nice because of the attention of the girls at the table?Parking: If you park in parks you must walk a few blocks to get there

Had lunch here. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides. One pizza was inedible because of the flavour I chose , fair enough. The other pizza was totally undercooked. The sides were OK. Service was mediocre amd we had to wait a while to be served, evound though we were the only ones In the restaurant.Gratuity is already included in the price which I find off since other friends of mine didn't have it included. Also they wanted to charge us extra for paying woth credit card - which we never mentioned we wanted to in the first place.All in all, fins yourself another location to eat.

Why haven’t I heard of these guys , their pizza is delicious. I ordered a jumbo pepperoni pizza and it was one of the best tasting pizzas I ever had . The website was easy to work with and the pizza was delivered way within the 70 mins time frame they gave me . These guys deserves a 5+ star but bcse my food was left on the steps and I didn’t know I gave them a 4 . I was in the living room watching my granddaughter, I did get a text but I didn’t hear the text come in but I would have definitely heard a knock which I think he/she should have done . My daughter lives in a well lit apartment and safe neighborhood so I don’t understand why the person just left my food sitting on the steps . Oh how can I forget I also ordered 2 slices of Tres Leches cake , when I say delicious I mean delicious. My grandson and I kept saying how good the cake was that my daughter who hates wet cakes even tried it and enjoyed it ( she cut the bottom off though) and she never eats Tres Leches cakes . The cream topping was excellent , we make or own and we enjoyed this . I would definitely recommend you guys giving it a try and you won’t be disappointed. As far a delivery you need to do better plus you missed out on your other half of your tip . I always give half when ordering then the other half when I get my food intact and in my hands .

The pizza crust is phenomenal. I’d literally come back just to eat pizza crust. It was crispy and light and perfect.Garlic knots were dry but very flavorful.Edit: very mediocre. Service was nonexistent.
I asked for a pabellon arepa with beans on the side and paid for extra sauce. They put the beans in the arepa and did not send extra sauce. When I called they would not do anything. I asked them to send a new arepa and they could have this one back, they refused. Very bad customer service.

Terrible place, messes up your order and rips you off. Plus food is not good, steak in arepas is too dry and cheese not melted.Went in to get 2 arepas to go, got charged for 3, waited for 10min, order comes, we start opening it to check, they start freaking out, say it’s the wrong order, go back to the kitchen, another 15mins go by, order comes back, they rush up to pack it, so we wouldn’t check. Walk away, check the order, still only 2 arepas and same as before, not even what we ordered. Never going back to this place
