As a person of color I am CONSTANTLY ignored when entering this establishment. When I order food it’s always wrong. I reached my limit when I went in and stood online and the the woman at the counter literally asked the white guy behind me and pointed at him saying sir can I take your order. Thank goodness this man stood up for me and said she’s literal in front of me and has been here before me waiting?! I thanked him and told the woman she doesn’t have to worry I won’t be back. I would NEVER go back here again and any of my friends that ask if they should, I rather they go to Dunkin’ Donuts right next door. All it’s missing is a sign in the front that says no colored allowed which probably just fell off.

Truly the best donuts I’ve had in Connecticut! My favourite was the glazed donut which melts in mouth.I tried the everything bagel too, with cream cheese it was really soft and fresh! Highly recommended.Last but not the least, the ambience and environment of the store has a classic vibe.

Hard working, quick, friendly service! ...and great donuts too!Too bad they have gotten too popular. The breakfast food is delicious and the donuts are heavenly....but with only 1 cook and a continuous amount of backed up order slips around 10 ( most are call in or walk in take outs, the rest are dine-in customers) it took 45 minutes to get my breakfast. I highly recommend calling in your meal order- cuz sitting in that volume of anxious patrons ( along with all of those waiting a long time for their breakfast food - the donut line of 5 to 10 more ppl never ends ) during that long of a time in a small, small place is carazzy. Bless the 3 servers for enduring the pressures! Did I mention their pancakes are large, fluffy and delicious?1/4 Basic cheeseburger and fries. After cooking and plating up my burger ( and another patron's burger ) he left them sitting for 3 - 4 minutes while the fries fryed! We were sitting at the counter, very close to him....all he had to do was hand us the plates so we could start eating while they were still hot. Nope

First time trying and did not disappoint. The donuts are amazing and fresh. Loved the white powder donut with blueberry jelly. Definitely made my heart smile. Bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll really hit the spot too.
