Writing this while trapped in their drive-thru. After waiting in line for 10 minute, I'm told at the speaker that the Taco Bell isn't open yet, only the KFC was open. The Taco Bell wouldn't open for another 25 minutes. It was 12:10 pm. And now I'm stuck between the cars in front of me and behind me. If half your restaurant isn't open at lunchtime, maybe put up a damn sign at the entrance to the drive-thru. This place is always slow and understaffed, but this was the last straw for me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I gave 1 Start because I had to. This location needs retraining. I’ve been 4 times and each time I was missing part of my order. Half the time my food wasn’t fresh. The Bridgeport location is priced slightly higher but way better customer service and fresher food. After waiting in the drive thru most of my lunch break I had to walk in, stand in line and wait for packets of sauce I clearly requested with my order. I’ve decided that will be the last time I spend my hard earned money at this location. I would rather spend more for better treatment. While standing in line the drive thru worker yelled “Are you missing something”? Like she didn’t see me standing there

Put the Nacho Fries on the Doordash app or take it off as your picture on the Doordash app. Its absolutely absurd when a restaurant advertises something I can't readily order off the app when it's NOT on the menu!

One word. Gross.. It looked like someone sat on my Chalupa. They were out of dorito shells. And my crunch wrap was paper thin. Went in to get, and was still cold ?!

This is EASILY the WORST location in all of Fairfield county, for several reasons.. 1. Drive thru takes MINIMUM 15-20 mins whether busy or not.. 2. Food is always wrong, poorly portioned, and you're lucky to not be missing an item.. 3. Ive never seen a work staff move with such a complete lack of care for speed, efficiency, or productivity.. ive stood inside waiting for my food behind 3 others already becoming impatient from their wait, with a line out the lot at the drive thru and with absolutely no sense of urgency the staff just dragging through barely moving... with the exception of one very sweet older women at the drive thru and one young man on the line who I watched shuffle 3 hats during a rush? The entire crew needs to be fired and or retrained .. or get a manager in there who takes pride in their work.. sad excuse for a restaurant.. and its a double brand location so KFC is taking a slap too.. smh

I dread coming here. The food is what you expect, but you will be in line for at least 30 minutes. Even if it's only two cars in front of you, expect a loonngg

Service was incredibly slow. They made us pull out of the drive thru to wait. All we wanted in the tacos was rice and beans and they couldn't figure out how to do it. Way more expensive than another Taco Bell we visited with the same order earlier in the week.

KFC & TACO BELL! BEST OF BOTH WORLDS!!!!!I have had both, the crisp KFC chicken, the juicy cheese of the taco bell Quesadillas, and the sweetest of Baja Blasts. The Sides are great too, soft biscuits, creamy mashed potatoes, and yummy mac & cheese.Not only that but the staff are super nice, the drive-thru is only slow because they're understaffed, which is so not their fault. So I don't mind waiting two minutes extra for good food and nice service.10/10, Have Been and Will Always Be Returning
