We love this place! The pizza is really good and they’re veryyy generous with the basil which is much appreciated! The atmosphere is nice and chill. We especially love the bartender, JD! He always makes us feel welcome and he’s also a great bartender. Magic 5 pie has definitely become one of our go to spots. :) thank you!

For people who love pizza- Hop off at East Norwalk, grab a cocktail, de-stress, have an appetizer, walk out with an outstanding pizza, and grab the next train home. If you’re looking for a snobby place - this is not that vibe.

Gluten friendly pies are very good. You can order a traditional pizza but they have a dozen specialty pies that you can’t get anywhere else. Also they have a very good selection of appetizers and salads for the folks that don’t want the pies. We had dinner on a Thursday and there was live music and she had a great voice and acoustic guitar !

The best pizza this side of New Haven! Great crust, perfect char, excellent balance of toppings. But what sets this place apart from any competitors are the salads - they take them to the next level in freshness and innovative twists - Artesian fresh crisp greens, perfect dressing, a mix of nuts, cranberries and perfectly cut ripe pear - or - the Brussel Sprout Caesar great crunch greens and tangy dressing. Fun vibe, great staff, very involved owner-partners - everybody really cares!

Becoming one of our family's go to places for celebrations or just random night out. The service is top notch. I usually have a go to everywhere but I'm on a mission to try every pizza they've all be incredible so far. And don't forget dessert.

Just the best. The Servers, managers, and owners are awesome and care about your experience. Love sitting in the booths. Have tried 4 of the pizzas and loved them all. Can't wait to try the rest. Highly recommend.

Had a disappointing experience here tonight. We've been to Magic 5 a number of times, tonight was different. We'd made a reservation and requested a standard table instead, and were seated at a tall bar table. I, the writer of this review and maker of the reservation, am a person barely over 5 feet tall. Bar seats are pretty uncomfortable for me as my short stature leaves my legs dangling through a meal, or struggling to rest on whatever foot bar a bar chair may have. Upon my asking for a standard table I was told there were none. I asked for a booth which looked like it might work better for me, and was told they were for parties of 5 or more, which we were not. I asked if we might be permitted a booth, the man seating us asked his manger for permission to seat us at a booth, and we were denied. We sat at our bar table by the door, and ordered our meal. Throughout the meal the manager and other staff were doing something outside, they kept opening the door to go in and out, leaving it propped open a number of times. It's December in Connecticut, so having an open front door 8 feet away during a meal wasn't ideal. The food as always was great. About half way through our meal we were told a cancellation for a booth had just come in and that the manger had offered us a booth. As we were in the middle of our meal, we said thanks, but declined the offer. The in and out business continued, and there seemed to be some awkwardness, discomfort, maybe frustration between the staff and the manager. It was a strange and unpleasant vibe. I've not experienced this here before, the atmosphere is always friendly, positive, and inviting. I understand running a business, making something go, managing people, can be challenging, but I also think that discomfort should not bleed out, and be felt by the clientele which is what happen at Magic 5 for our table, tonight.

We always enjoy going to Magic 5! Last night's visit was great! Aside from the yummy pizza (a Margarita and the Bianca), we tried some winter specials we have never had before. I had baked clams - they were outrageous! So flavorful, succulent and cooked perfectly. My husband had meatballs, which were quite a big portion - he could have had it for a meal in itself! He loved them. Instead of dessert, we opted for the hot chocolate martinis. Although not served hot, they were delightful, topped with 2 slightly charred marshmallows. Delish!

Went to this place for dinner on a Wednesday and it was surprisingly pretty Poppin. There was no way in my party. Also had a reservation. The owner is super super nice and the staff is also very friendly. The staff also accidentally gave us garlic bread and didn't end up charging us at the end of the night so it was very sweet. Inside is so fun. They have it all set up for Christmas. The lights are green and red and they also have all these fun Christmas decorations. The pizzas are so good. I ended up getting the little guy. My friends ended up getting the little girl and the hot and crunchy. Then my one friend ended up making his own pizza. We all ended up sharing, and still had leftovers. The pizzas are super good and super flavorful, and we loved their flavor combinations. Would totally come here again!!

Definitely one of the best if not the best pizza in Norwalk, and that's saying a lot. The margherita pizza and hot oil pizza were so delicious, we didn't want to stop eating it. The vibe there is great too. Very upscale, but comfortable and family/pet friendly. Can't wait to go back!
