Disappointed, waitstaff was confused- ice coffee came out twice incorrectly made, finally just cancelled order -well done burger came out raw, no one ever came back to refill waters, took asking 4 times to finally bring straws. Not sure what is going on- maybe short staffed, but wasn't happy with the service overall.

The Spread is the go to spot for me for brunch I always suggest it when others want to go to brunch and recommend it to others as well. Love the feel of the restaurant (including the antique plates and cutlery) and the service is amazing! The food is delicious!! Definitely would recommend to others looking for a brunch place. Good for couples, friends, and families alike.

Service was fantastic! Food was hit or miss. Appetizers (roasted corn and the burrata) were delicious. The entrees and salad were underwhelming. Dessert special was good but the apple fritters were very gummy inside. Glad we tried it but probably won't go back.

It was amazing. I don't think they could ever serve a bad meal! Taste. Presentation, staff. All are top notch. We were there for a holiday party. Just loved it.

Had a very delicious blackened chicken sandwich. Good service other than sending ice cream to the wrong table. But then gave us a free one. Overall a great meal and brunch spot.Kid-friendliness: Good kid menu and family friendly

Had one of the cheapest items on the menu. Kobe burger $22 with fries. Burger was ok, fries, meh. We were a party of 7 and they agreed to give us separate checks when they took our orders. Did not happen. Had to fight for the checks to be reissued. Would have gone somewhere else if we knew. Come for the atmosphere, not for the food.

What an amazing Brunch!!! We booked a reservation, in advance, for a baby shower. 12 people. We were inside/outside in the greenhouse. Family style brunch, we were all impressed with the food quality, verity, and the drinks!! So good. The staff was friendly and professional, which made our day!! To The Spread, We Thank you. We, as nurses don’t impress easily, we will be back. Great Job!! ??❣️Kid-friendliness: One of our friends brought her 2 y/o daughter. They have a kids menu, High chairs even for the high top tables!! Very welcoming, Awesome, Thank you❣️

Went for brunch and the food was delicious. Service was wonderful as well. I was excited for bottomless mimosas - And they truly are bottomless! The servers come around with pitchers to top you off.I have to say the quality of the mimosa itself is not great - it tastes like very watered down orange juice with just a splash of champagne. But because they come around often with top-ups, I definitely left with a fun ‘brunch buzz.’ If you’re looking for a high quality mimosa, it’s not here, but if you’re looking to have a fun bottomless brunch with your friends - this is the best option I’ve found in the Norwalk area.I had the Belgian waffles which were tasty but about the same quality as you would get in any diner. They come with some butter and maple syrup and had a sad amount of fresh cut strawberries on top.Others at my table chose different brunch items that looked delicious and the whole group was satisfied - which is hard to accomplish! The decor is kind of hipster-rustic-chic and felt very inviting. We ate in the tented outdoor seating area and it was a warm and charming. My only complaint was that the ‘rustic table’ we sat at had uneven wood, so our dishes sometimes slid around. And its legs were made from shovels - a cute idea but makes for cramped legroom!Overall, I’d recommend The Spread for groups who want to enjoy a bottomless brunch together and who don’t mind some menu items being lower quality than others.Vegetarian options: The menu marks a few vegetarian dishes, but many of the other items can be made vegetarian with substitutions. There’s something on the menu for everyone.Parking: If you’re lucky you can find paid parking spots on the street in front of the restaurant (free on Sunday) Otherwise there is a municipal paid parking lot a block or two away which I’ve never seen completely full. There is a distinct lack of accessible spots.Kid-friendliness: I didn’t see any children at the restaurant and I wouldn’t say it’s kid-oriented, but it’s definitely somewhere you could take your kids. In the summer when the water fountain is working, kids would have fun running around in the courtyard.Wheelchair accessibility: I couldn’t find accessible parking spots anywhere in the area around the restaurant unless you park in the municipal side lot. The entrance is accessible but the tables are close together, so navigating the restaurant with a mobility device would be difficult. They seem happy to help, so with an advance call I’m sure they could make an accessible pathway to a table that meets your needs. Eating in the outside tented area seems like it would be more difficult because of the mixture of tables.
