Ordered "family feast" through slice app (1 large 2 topping, 1 med. 1 topping & a 2 liter) order arrived wrong as 2 plain cheese pizzas. We were charged full price plus delivery & didn't get even get the requested extra sauce on the side. When we called, Uncle's pizza said they received the order as "no toppings" & there was nothing they could do to make it right. Too bad, the location is super close, but we'll never go back.

The people at Uncles are so nice, accommodating and welcoming. Pizza was solid, prices very fair and the menu is expansive. Best to take out or delivery, not set up so much for dine in.

Ordered a couple large pizzas, thin crust through grubhub. Food was fresh and hot, made correctly with the requested thin crust, and delivered directly through the store. There was something really strange about the cheese. There was no melt or stretch. Seems like they might have switched to a cheaper quality mozzarella. For this reason, I wouldn't order again. Just didn't deliver on expected quality with that cheese unfortunately. Prices are reasonable though.

This is the worst place to order from. I found a cockroach in my food. They do not keep the place clean. The service is absolutely horrendous. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Beware of bad service and cleanliness please. I want anyone from ordering from here.

I am very disappointed with uncles pizza. I always order from them for my kids and this time my son wanted to order chips with guacamole so they did not specify on the menu that the guacamole comes on top of the chips and by the time My Son wanted to eat it the guacamole is all brown and thrown on top of the chips. So I call to complain conform them why was the guacamole so brown and why were they thrown on the chips if it specifies chips for guacamole usually the guacamole comes on the side they said no this is how we do it and there's nothing they can do about it and I told him it was for a kid they said well it's not a big deal For kids that are picky eaters sometimes certain things are big deals so they should specify that the guacamole goes on top of the chips!! And I ordered a Carne Asada and the meat was so hard I can barely chew it. It was tough dry. I would never order this does this again. Honestly, I'm going to find another pizzeria instead of getting told that it's not a big deal that my kids should eat at the way they serve it that's not what I paid for so I would not purchase anything from this place again.

My order come in wrong , I order large club chicken pizza which in pay said 8 slide and when I pick the pizza come with 6 slide I call to make the complain they told me to bring the pizza back so they can make the extra 2 slides and when I bring it in the guy took the pizza and cut more slides and also told me that I didn’t have come only to cut the slide that I can do that at home was very in respectful to make someone for something is give up something different … never I will order for this place again … they never apologized or offer any suggestions for what happened

Horrible customer service !! Owner hung up in my face and wouldn’t even let me speak if I could give this place 0 stars I would . Extremely disappointed because I always order from this place . I will no longer spend my money here .
