Went to Foxwoods.... googled where this shop was bc I visited a year ago, stated “tanger outlets.” Not downstairs In the outlet area.... walked about 1/2 hr finally asked someone....its upstairs (where it was a year ago.) maybe they should update their site!

Been here three times and the same review each time. The item for sale are tasty and amazing but the staff suck! The items for display are legit dusty... like guys, clean your displays...gross! Teenagers from hell who look and act like they crawled out of bed five minutes ago. Friggin kid was annoyed I wanted to order something. Like, ok, cool. The gourmet donuts are fkn AMAZING!
This place has slacked back. Not many different items. Cakes in the window are masterpieces. Donuts are greasy and leave an aftertaste. Little desserts are cute and theme based depending on holiday or time of year. Many items end up on day old, buy one get one counter. Staff seem more interested in their phones than waiting on customers. Definite changes noted the past year+.

Bought this today in your store. Totally rotted inside . Wonder how long those apples have been on yours shelves . You should check the rEst of your stock. So disappointed !

I have visited a handful of times but basically for macaroons. Most of the other items have been dry and lacking flavor. Service had been hit or miss. It's really an overhyped bakery in my opinion. The French donuts have tasted stale so I no longer purchase them.
