Not the biggest fan of domino's pizza however the service at this Norwich location is absolutely on point. When I went in for my pick up my food wasn't ready yet and just about every employee at one point made sure I was being helped. As I sat and wait it was honestly so impressive the flow they had going on, you could tell they all worked super efficiently and well together. So if you like domino's in general this is definitely the one you should go to

We ordered a pizza, as we have many times. We spoke to what we thought was a person. It was actually AI. The pizza came with no sauce. They did replace it, but the manager wasn't going to. She had to put us on hold for three or four minutes. Probably checking with her AI boss. This to me is scary stuff. The scary part was we thought we were speaking to a human. Let that sink in.The drivers were good though.

It’s hit or miss. Sometimes the pizzas are great and other times not so much. I think it depends on who makes them, there is not a consistency that I would prefer. I have ended up with the wrong order in the past but usually it’s right.

We visit this dominos frequently. My daughter loves to draw on the chalk board. She has fun when we get there early. Everyone's always nice. Food comes out fast and taste good. If there has ever been an issue the managers right on top of fixing the situation in a timely manner. We'll always go visit there.Parking: Parking is right in front of the building there's about 10 spots right in front then additional parking in parking lot itselfKid-friendliness: There is a chalk board inside the restaurant on the walk. They leave a bunch of peices of chalk and an eraser for kids to use. If the kids hands get dirty. There is a bathroom right there so the kids may wash There hands.
If I could give no stars, I would. I placed an order online, was called when the order was supposed to be delivered saying it would be late. Not only was the food late, but I had to go out to their delivery car to get the order, and then the whole order wasn't even delivered. I called and was told I could get a credit or the food, not a refund. A credit. Fine. I'd rather have the food I've already paid for. Then almost another hour passes and I get another phone call that they can't find the place after having already been there once tonight. And, again, I have to go down to the car to get the order. This is absolutely ridiculous and I won't be ordering from them again.

The staff is great here! They're really efficient and knowledgeable about their craft. The cashier even made sure I ordered online to get a better deal than ordering in person. Then he even took a coupon on top of the online deal!
