Arrived at 530 quickly seated. Nice atmosphere excellent waitress and that's the end. Ordered fish and chips all you can eat on Fridays $100 upcharge if you want this option a little lame. Dinner came fish was way overcooked dark hard exterior. The cod inside was tasty enough but the batter was not. Never again. Fries were soggy and warm not hotI have had a better piece of fish at McDonald's.

This place keeps their trash in the restaurant until garbage day because they don't have a dumpster.

Me and a friend went to 5 different Irish pubs around Connecticut on Saturday 3/9/24. Out of them all the Harp&Dragon was my least favorite because of the pushy gentleman that kept coming around asking if I was ready to order something other than my drink I was enjoying. The female bartender was fantastic when 1st arriving. But as I tried to relax with my friend the pusher man I will call him just made us uncomfortable to the point we asked for the tab so we could pay up and leave. We left and went to the Inishmoor pub in Colchester and had a fantastic experience with drinks and dinner there to finish our evening off proper.Hope someone from the Harp&Dragon reads this and relays the message to the pusher man there to calm down a bit. You’re in Norwich, downtown, in a dead zone.If you want more business, that’s not the way to treat paying customers.

Grand Irish themed pub in the heart of downtown Norwich. Most acceptable pint of Guinness on tap - can’t go wrong.

Friday all you can eat fish and chips is a great bang for your buck. Freshly prepared, real fish served with malt vinegar, just like I like it.Portions are so big that I was satisfied after one piece. Fries are a yummy accompaniment. The Irish Cream cheesecake was superb. Almost got a second slice! And the peanut butter pie is equally delicious.Add good friends and it's a great night out. Parking is not so great but it's worth the trip and time to visit!

One of the servers was extremely rude when we were picking up takeout. She actually came out to my vehicle and asked me if I took food without paying. I told her that someone was inside already trying to get our order and pay, and she snapped at me, saying that she didn't see her in there. If the food wasn't excellent, I would not be back. I think that if this server is going to continue working with the public, she really needs to lose the attitude and NOT approach someone's vehicle at all.

Mediocre food at best. The server was inattentive and rude. as a service industry worker myself, i was appalled by this young woman’s unprofessionalism. this is now the place, i warn my friends about.

This place is hit or miss. The service and atmosphere are ok. The food, however, is not always good. On my most recent visit, the brussel sprouts were boiled ?, and then a watery balsamic glaze was put over it. My steak was barely edible. All for $28. When I previously ordered "bar food" it is much better. The dragon bowl is delicious! Parking can be challenging depending on when you go.

Irish charm tucked off Main Street in Norwich. Classic look and feel with that authentic Irish pub atmosphere.Fish and hand-cut chips were awesome. Huge piece of fresh cod, thick battered, hot, and crispy. Ruben sandwich could have benefited from a bit more dressing but was excellent. Smoke-house burger was a two hander, and cooked as requested.Service was excellent... great job Kelsey. Though flying solo and a crowd picking up, she handled everything with composure, timely, and accurately. Glad we checked it out on a whim. Worth the stop whether you're a local or passing through town.

Downtown pub and restaurant with a generous menu and drink selection. IPA's on tap and starters to share were awesome. A great place to gather with friendly staff, good food and drinks!
