We called the order in they said 20 minutes we came just a little past 20 minutes end up sitting inside for almost 30 minutes why employees in the back just joke around and we're fooling around and we spent almost $100 on takeout and hardly anyone ate it cuz it was so

Though their food is delicious, they must be using the new math when it comes to ordering. Started ordering at 4:45ish selecting 5:30 for delivery; the web site stated that delivery time must be 45 minutes after ordering time. Strange enough, the time I selected was. The restaurant is only in the front, about three booths. If you venture in the back to use the restroom, you will see messy rooms and employee break stations. The pork fried rice, very greasy. The beef in the dinner box, very tough. The egg foo young, overcooked and greasy. But the worst part was the grumpy lady who waited on us. The bathroom floor had such a stickiness, the soles of my feet stuck to it on every move. Would never ever go back.

Im a bit of a chinese food snob, and this place absolutely amazed me!!First of all, Its very difficult to find good and flavorful wontons in wonton soup, and these were amazing!Ive lived in Norwich for years and Im upset with myself for not stopping in sooner, needless to say this will be my new go to chinese food spot!Lastly, I also appreciated the gentleman in the front for going out of his way to get me a special hot sauce when i simply asked for a few of the hot sauce packets... and let me tell you, that delicious and amazing hot sauce is my newest obsession. Thank you and see you soon, Lucky House! ❤️

Ordered from here a few times food is okay I guess but phone service/takeout is awful. Tried to order take out multiple times being 6 minutes away and I've been told I am too far. Other times they say I can but I have to order over $50 worth. Last time they decided to take my money I waited over 2 hours and the food was ice cold.
