We haven't even gotten our food yet, let me yell you, this place is absolutely stunning. You wouldn't even know this place existed because of the limited signage, beautiful atmosphere, very colorful lighting but not too over lit, the bartender/waiter/(owner?), such a friendly individual. If you haven't come here, you need to. This is definitely added to our list of favorites!

Food and drinks were really good; but the service definitely needs improvement. The person that waited on us was nice but to get our drinks and food was a very long wait even though they weren’t busy. He actually forgot my drink and I had to remind him when he finally made his way back. I ordered beef tacos but received steak (they were still good) and one of the other people in our party had to wait for her food as they forgot to make it. I can say I would visit again and just hope the service improves.

Pie hops was a great spot. Now it's Latin quarters/pie hops. I guess if you want a beer at a Latin night club it's ok. But there is several breweries within walking distance that are excellent. We went mainly for the pizza. Now's it's a Latin menu.

I was hopeful for this place when it first opened. Food was good, great beer selection, but service was a mess. We've frequented quite a bit. While the beer selection was nice, the food menu was redundant and they even downsized the menu. Staff issues continued. While the owner seemed to just stand around, drinking or bossing the limited staff around. He never gave me the impression he wanted to roll up his sleeves and help his employees or business thrive. The place seems to have taken a nose dive. Driving by, it now looks like a night club. This space is the best space in Norwich. I hope someone can save it. No plans to visit Pie Hops ever again. Unless it's under new management.

my boyfriend and I went here to get pizza because we were hungry. when we got there it took foreverr to get a waiters attention and when we did and were ready to order they said they didnt serve pizza anymore. THERE WAS NO PIE AT PIE HOPS only LATIN FOOD. they said their menu on website isnt updated to this new menu...THEN UPDATE IT. you would have saved me some heartbreak. I was misinformed we were disappointed and left to get pizza elsewhere. how rude.

A simple ham burger is hard to ruin. Berger were probably in the freezer too long. They looked like Patty's. Over cooked and dried out. Buns fell apart on the first bite. The meat tasted kinda tangy.Then I'm pretty sure I was over charged.Pretty bad service being the only people seated. For food.

I have eaten at pie hops 3-4 times over the past year and have concluded a few things. 1) The service is just not good, they have 3 different rooms of seating and it makes it tough for servers to cover it. This past Friday evening, I tried to eat there and it took 15 minutes for the waitress to even bring menus over and then another 10+ to come get our drink order (we left before she came back). 2) The food is really hit or miss, I've had a decent sandwich there and one of worst, undercooked (basically raw) pizzas ever. Like under the toppings it was straight dough. 3) the best thing about pie hops is their beer, wine and cocktail selection. They have like 20 taps and ample cans/ bottles. They are in a great location and have plenty of room, but they are trying to be too many things at once. They need to master pizza making before they can move on to other things, I mean "pie" is in the name. Maybe they will get better, but since they opened, it hasn't been great. Hope this review helps.

This was a excellent expirence for my party. Beer list was great, food was superb, entertainment was amazon, music was great, seating was organized, pool room was very quaint, clean and elegant. I would definitely give them a visit. You will have a great time. Pricing was modest, was not to busy at all and servers were on top of things and very quick and professional. Thank you.

Pie hops is my son’s favorite restaurant!! He has autism and newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes. He gets overwhelmed easily in public sometimes.Pie Hops is not just a great place for pizza burgers and beer! The building is incredible and They have such an awesome spaces. He looks forward to our dinner and “movie night”. The owner has been accommodating with my kiddo’s dietary needs and the staff always makes him feel comfortable. They were even so kind to get him birthday presents! Thank you so much Bill and Kim for providing a great place and making a difference. A fantastic addition to Norwich!

Went for dinner last night, and their beer selection is absolutely incredible--if I hadn't found something that caught my eye, I'd probably still be scrolling through it! Also we went with the "Hop Secret" seasoning blend on the waffle fries and it was delicious. A really cute spot with very friendly service as well. Highly recommend!
