I came in during the busy lunch rush today with my infant daughter. Not only was it super busy, they the only two staff members were on it!!! Their customer service was great, they were efficient and got every order right as I stood waiting. Honestly had to write the review because I was so impressed!

Now I've really had it...I will NEVER return to this subway or any subway owned by this family. On 3 separate occasions I order online the same sandwich( ckn/bacon ranch) and on all 3 occasions the BACON was not put on the sandwich, I have placed a call to the shop all 3 times, I was told to come back out and they will make another...I don't know to many people that enjoy going back out after they have been at work all day(on her feet as a nurse) to get their sandwich remade, when it could have been made right the first time. Only to be told " well I don't know what to do for you then" I ask for the manager to contact me, give my name and number each time and each time nothing....no call, nothing.This place is a joke and they make it a habit of hiring incompetent people who can't follow instruction, awesome place right?!

Came in right before close, I felt bad because I know it's tough to clean up and then have to pull stuff back out. But Hailey was amazing, super friendly and she made our sandwiches so perfectly. Left in a better mood than when I walked in.

Multiple health code violations, including improper food handling and contaminating customers to go orders. Nasty, rude, aggressive staff refuses to complete orders paid for, including threatening and harassing. Staff wearing short underwear shorts while preparing food. Absolutely disgusting. No management supervising staff behavior. Zero. Avoid this staff at all costs.

I've frequented this Subway both in person and ordering online (via app). I have zero complaints and all pros to give. You come for the food and they make the subs really well. They've got the orders down to a tee. Always nice to leave a kind note on the app as well. The service is impeccable. They have a nice cadence for servers on a busy lunch-time Friday: 1 person initially taking the order (breads and meats), 1 person for veggies & sauces/cashier, and 1 person in the back for online orders. There are also multiple wooden booths for indoor seating, nice clean bathrooms, and great lighting. For pickup orders, they write out your name in sharpie so it's easy to discern which order is yours. Overall 10/10. Best in Norwich/Yantic area, compared to the other Subway on Salem Tpke. Everyone here holds themselves accountable. Thank you always for my lunch!
