The hotel is in the process of a major renovation featuring a make-shift check-in counter, no on-site restaurant, access through the back (inconvenient for Uber/Lyft).The rooms are definitely showing their age with cabinet/furniture being worn out, with numerous rooms facing the construction areas.I love the Hyatt brand overall and understand the renovation is much needed. However, I will shun away from this hotel in 2024.
This hotel is very tired, smelly, dirty, and not up to Hyatt standards. It is undergoing renovations, but in the meantime the room smelled like a roadside motel, the AC didn’t work, and the room furnishings were falling apart. The staff was very nice, mainly the front desk woman and room service delivery man. However, until the renovation is complete this hotel leaves much to be desired and is certainly not a 4-star experience.

Came here back in December. Loved it! Room was very nice with a nice view of the atrium. The atrium is awesome! Makes you feel like you’re in California or Florida! I do wish the restaurant and gazebo bar were open. But the food we got from room service was really good and were still able to eat in the atrium. But you should definitely consider re-opening the restaurant and gazebo bar, why haven’t you re-opened it since COVID? The indoor pool is really nice with a hot tub!...read full review
