It seems whenever I go to a Dunkin's drivethru my order is wrong. How difficult is it to make a coffee..... The cashier was nasty. It doesn't hurt to smile, customer service is important. That's your job. ?

Kind of disappointed that I only wanted two med coffees and got the order wrong . Then I noticed before I left that one of them was wrong . I asked for a black French vanilla with no sugar. They were very nice and said I'll make another one. She replaced the coffee , thanks.Only to get home and find not only was it not black coffee but had sugar again .

I went through the drive through at 5 am on my way to the airport. I was in and out with a hot, delicious coffee in about 1 minute. The staff was very friendly.

Look for the managers big green truck, if it is not in the parking lot then DON'T BOTHER, when she not there the service is terrible, having to wait and 9 times out of ten the order, a simple hot coffee with milk and sugar is invariably wrong.

Placed an order through the app that consisted of 3 coffees, two donuts, and 1 hashbrowns. I arrived about 10 minutes after I ordered to give everybody a chance to get it ready. When I arrived to an empty drive-through, the only thing I was given was the hashbrowns. There were at least four employees that were standing around chatting with each other and with a patron inside. When the car pileup got to 3-4, that's when everybody decided to start putting MY order together. I had already been waiting a few minutes. Another employee came by and tried to give us the order of the person behind me, because we were waiting for 15 minutes at the window for the rest of our stuff. I had to, for the second time, describe my order. A third employee walked by and handed us two of the coffees and walked away. We were getting there! The original older lady that gave me the hashbrowns finally came back with the third coffee. For the third time, I had to describe the rest of my order so I could get the hell out of there already. Grabbing me the two donuts actually took a few minutes, which seemed like an eternity. As one employee got them, the older lady at the window opened a straw and started throwing spitballs at the worker getting my donuts. I was disgusted that she did this around my food and in front of me. Almost every time I come here, there is always an issue; forgetting part of my order or not making the coffee correctly. But I wanted to keep giving them chances. Never again am I coming back. The spitballs in a restaurant environment was the last straw. The only saving grace was that the coffees came out great this time. Would not recommend coming here.

Every (not most, every) time I have gotten drive through, they have screwed up the order. Find another Dunkin to get your fix from.

After several visits to this Dunkin I have had it today. Placed a large order at 12pm for 44.49. Placed 50.00 in my account to pay for it. Went at 1pm to pick up order. Handed my husband 2 drinks that were warm and tasted like cleaner. Handed him 2 sandwiches that were burnt. He went inside for rest of order. The man stated they have no order. We paid online and had the order number. Had to discard the drinks and sandwiches. NO Order wasGiven. No record of order found. Was told they discard the ticket after they fill order. Stated they have no way to check the order. OMG. Never order from this Dunkin again. I had companyFor brunch and brunch was cancelled.Omg someone do something about this Dunkin. It’s a shame.
