What a menu! Excellent breakfast. Owner was very nice and even comped our coffee because we forgot to pay for it and there's a minimum on debit card purchases. Only had the breakfast here but can't wait to come back and try the sandwiches, wraps, they even have an Asian menu.
Mindy K's has everything you want and everything is delicious!! Their meatballs are to die for and all their wraps and sandwiches are unbelievably good!! Even their Chick Rice Soup is the best I ever had!!!

What a hidden gem! The Pad Thai was just the right spiciness. The wonton soup was terrific, and the fried rice was nice and hot and flavorful. I will be back to try the gator tacos!
