It's a more upscale sushi place. I had no complaints when I went to the dinner service.

Stopped in here for lunch after hearing rave reviews from multiple co-workers and friends. Did not disappoint. The Bento box was delicious and the atmosphere is excellent. The miso edamame soup was the best miso soup I've ever had. Will be back for sure to try out their entrees/ cocktails.

Service is excellent. Menu satisfied 4 of us; it warrants a second visit and more. There are several options that are not sushi or sashimi. An enjoyable meal and pleasant conversation (the restaurant was busy but not loud).

I have now been to Nori several times and consistently get the best sushi in the shoreline area. Management has obviously curated a thoughtful and authentic experience, and quality is clearly their priority. Highly

Extremely rude hostess - promptly asked my wife and I if we had a reservation (which she already seemed to know we did not) and then abruptly said “there is no room for us”.Food looks good here but they’re quick to treat you like trash off the street if you’re not a known local.

Nori in Old Saybrook was a perfect place to dine with clients. The service was great and the food was exceptional. Highly recommend for a great spot downtown. Perfect place to eat before a show at the Kate.

Wonderfully presented and delicious sushi, app. We especially love the Duck Roll and Crispy Tuna. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the slightly higher price than other sushi places.
This is the most expensive sushi restaurant I have ever been to. It is a whopping $24 for one special roll. I was in shock. The sushi was good but not worth $24, I had just a classic salmon/avocado roll that was $12/roll and tasted the same as I would’ve spent at any other sushi restaurant for way cheaper. Our fault for not checking the prices before we sat down. We left there with holes in our pockets and still hungry.
