Very good pizza. Excellent service and a great family place, as well as just be the adults. Trains galore!

Thai place has excellent pizza and entertainment for the kids. There are two large displays of model trains upstairs. It’s fun to take the shoreline east train service there and back to get lunch or dinner.Kid-friendliness: We go to this restaurant so the kids are entertained. They can look at the train models and watch the real trains on the TV screens thT show the train tracks.

Classic family pizza joint! I have to say I love the owners' responses to the 1 start reviews. I wish more businesses responded to dumb reviews. They stood up for employees and were closing early for the superbowl.

We went at 5:30 on a Saturday night there was a short wait but well worth it. If you like trains they have a model train that run around the outskirts of the restaurant along with several train cars that they have displayed in cases. The servers are attentive and quick to take your order. The menu is divided into Red pizzas and White pizzas, so it is easy to find what you prefer. I had a white pizza called the loaded baked potato pizza which had sour cream, on the bottom then had a light sprinkle of garlic & pepper, topped with cheddar cheese, red potatoes, broccoli, and bacon. The original pizza did include scallions as well, but I asked to not have them. The pieces of broccoli were rather on the larger size and should have been chopped finer, but overall it was an excellent pizza. The crust was thin and perfectly cooked, and the combination of the ingredients just melted in your mouth, absolutely delicious. My boyfriend had the works, and just like the title implies it had a light covering of red tomato sauce Mozzarella, sausage, meatballs, pepperoni, onions, mushrooms and peppers and anchovies are optional if you want them. The flavors all flow nicely, the only downside side that my boyfriend didn't like was the size of the peppers and onions were rather large and should have been sliced much thinner to about a third of the size.

Pay attention to your orders because 9 times out of 10 they forget items.

This place runs like a machine.Good food and a nice family atmosphere. Now only if they would add a modern vegan pizza menu.........They would be listed on Happy Cow and have world access to a niche clientele.

Hands down-my favorite pizza. I’ve tried all the “best” in CT, but for me, The Rosemary Chicken is the winner. Tender chicken with generous amounts of mushrooms and onions equals the perfect speciality white pizza. The focaccia bread and marinara is always a great way to state a meal. Delicious from start to finish. The service is always fast and friendly.Vegetarian options: Easy to find delicious vegetarian optionsKid-friendliness: While we didn’t have kids with us-the trains upstairs have always been a favorite

The pizza is really good. Service is usually pretty fast. My kids love sitting upstairs so they can look at the model train sets, and watch the monitors to see the amtrackvtrains go by.

The food was good but we were finished eating and we had to wait for our waitress who took forever and they weren't very busy so it's not like there were a ton of people in there. Seems like she forgot about us. The bus boy was the one who went and got her for us. Very unprofessional.

This pizza is the only pizza that I eat when I am here for the summer. The dough , sauce and cheese ratio is perfect. I have only experienced the pick up service and it is great they attend you quickly and when they give you a time it's not one minute late, which I really like. The ambience is warming and family friendly. It is nice lunch or dinner spot for a weeknight with the family .

Next time you want a tip leave a sign outside so that customers know and stop playing the victim role

Went to pizza works with my family. Everyone was nice that’s until it came time to pay. Went to pay and everyone said goodbye as I was walking to my car the guy came out and said if you not going to tip then you should grab your food and go. First of all why are you following customers to their car like a creep. And secondly why you telling them if you not going to tip they should grab their food and go that’s not how you treat customers. Because they make $6.50 a hour so we were told. If that’s how they going to act towards their customers then maybe they should pay their employees more since they only rely on tips. Won’t be returning to that place again
