If you are in a rush to get to work or simply on the go. Don’t bother. Extremely slow and so understaffed. Ava the girl behind the counter had such an attitude and even rolled her eyes when I asked the status of my mobile order after waiting for over 20 mins. Just communicate. No need to have an attitude because you are understaffed. I’ll stick to the drive thru in Clinton. Horrible customer service.

* Disclaimer * I'm not a Starbucks fan...wife wanted to get my daughter some coffee for her new coffee machine.The young man behind the counter helped me pick out and gave me lots of information on coffee flavors, grind typed, etc.. very pleasant experience.I was very happy with my purchases.I recommend.

They charge more for less ice in an ice coffee! WTH. Ice cost more than water, coffee is made from water, ice coffee is already cold. This makes no sense. I will not ever be back.

A friend and I came in at about 6:30 on a Sunday night, intending to sit and enjoy our beverages. The employees started mopping soapy water around our feet, including leaving a wet, soapy floor between us and the cash register. When I asked if they could hold off on the mopping, they said they would be closing in an hour and needed to get their mopping finished so they didn't have to stay late. We left. I don't know if the owner reads these reviews, but they have not only alienated customers but a lawsuit waiting to happen, with those soapy floors.

3 strikes and you're out Old Saybrook Starbucks! You're lucky I have to give 1 star! WORST service ever!! 3 different times I gave the benefit of the doubt. Each time, while I pre-ordered online, I still had to wait over 15 minutes. When I ask where my order was, all I got was "I'm sorry". Meanwhile, I see at least 20 people come and go. Guess what?? I'm not sorry for this review!

Dealt with rude baristas at the Madison ct location, ordered three drinks (Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and two espresso roast dark roast coffees with cream). One crafter makes the frappe which turned out fine however I had to wait 10-15 minutes to get on of their attention to make the simple hot coffee. After in which they got the cream right but didn't get the roast right and argued with me stating that what they posted was espresso roast when it was clearly marked Veranda on the marking tag. Get experienced customer service employees, this teens should not be working in a customer service industry with rude inexperienced minds.

Absolutely love this little Starbucks. Parking lot is iffy bc people use it as a thruway. But the spot itself is lovely. Plus there's Pokémon gyms and spin stops nearby for Pokémon Go players

This Starbucks is awesome, it has a really friendly staff of great people. They remember your name and drink and always talk to you. The store is always clean and if you use mobile order your in and with no waiting in line.
