A very good restaurant, very delicious food this Sunday, I loved the service that the waiter named Jorge gave us, a good job, very good service, I think it has improved because the other times we went, I didn't like the service they gave.

Roberto, I have lunch to go from the Orange location at a minimum of 5 times a month. Also Recently dined in 3 times in the past 4 weeks with my family. TODAY I order my normal taco salad, and web ordering offers no available way to change the salsa. I ask as u always do for Salasa Verde, or Habbeno/mushroom....Today I asked for salsa Verde and the super rude lady at the front wanted to charge me 4 plus dollars, I have never paid this for a simple small thing of salsa.

I love Puerto Vallarta! I typically have a great food and service experience and yesterday me and a colleague decided to go for lunch and enjoy the sunshine. I want to shout out Ali who was a great waiter. He was attentive, engaging and friendly. Great work!

very disappointed about this place everything has changed and honestly my molcajete dish wasnt even a molcajete ???That’s the only reason why we went over there on top of that. The food was cold. We told the waiter and the waiter didn’t like it, so he kept trying to avoid us the entire time we had to really catch his attention multiple times so he can serve us terrible I will not be coming back to this place maybe his new owners but overall the cocktail was good for me

The Puerta Vallarta in Orange is by far the best one out of all of them. They serve the salasa and chips when you walk in and have a great selection of alcohol. The food is fantastic and I always enjoy their burritos.

We decided to visit Puerto Vallarta due to the hype I see on social media about it. We opted to go to the orange location. When we arrived there was only about 2 other tables with people. We were sat & asked about drinks. We opted for a couple minutes to look over menu. The server who was male seemed bothered by it. We placed our orders a few mins later the food came out fairly fast. The serving size for the price of the dish was not comparable. Very little rice. More beans on plate than anything. We never received napkins at table so I stopped one of the ladies who was serving other tables if we can have some. She never came with them. Our server did not come back to our table for quite a while but kept attending to another table. Tried to get his attention a couple times. Finally asked for to go trays and waited for about 20 mins for him to come back to table asking what we needed and I said the to go trays & he said ok came back with them and then took about 30 mins to get a check. Horrible service!!!! I would never ever go back again!

Food was delicious and came out very quickly. Service was less than stellar. We set for at least 10 minutes before someone came over to take our drink order and after they did they forgot to bring our drinks until after our food came. Other than that it was a really delightful experience. We will be back.

This is my 1st time for this place. Very impressed with service and foods. Pricing wasn't high when compared with others restaurants. Food quantity rate 8/10 and I was wondering why this place got 3 stars rating from Yelp.

Let me preface by saying I LOVE this place, usually. The Fairfield location has always had spot on, hot, fresh, flavorful steak and guac and the Danbury location ALWAYS entices my kids and I to stay until dessert- (those fresh, soft, flavorful churros are to die for). Today, however, we tried the Milford location as we were headed to the arcade at the mall afterwards, and we needed a good energy boost beforehand. We started with the tableside guac, our fave at the other locations, and it was great. Our drinks came out perfect as well- kids were so excited for extra cherries in their Shirley Temples (at least 6 in each, a kids dream!) and I got a small margarita, (equally as dreamy for me). Best day ever, right? Unfortunately, that's where the good experience ended- as my main, the taco salad came out. Now, when I think of a taco salad I think a base of lettuce, salad fixins (tomato, corn, carrots etc..) and a protein on top (chicken, steak, shrimp). When I received my salad, however, and the picture will show, there was maybe, 1/4 cup of lettuce at the bottom and a plethora of shredded chicken with a dab of melted cheese in a shell. I asked for more lettuce and I got a small side bowl of it, with the waiter explaining I should have ordered a different salad- that the chef said this "salad" was how it usually came. I'll let you be the judge here but in my experience (I've been around the taco salad block) I've never seen a "taco salad" (advertised exactly this way) without, well, salad... The waiter did offer to send it back and change it, so 2 stars for him, but I hate complaining so I just asked for the check (I paid for the slab of chicken in a shell) and we walked out. Kids were so sad we missed the churros, but I'll bring them to Danbury for those. Bummer.

This has been my favorite Mexican food restaurant in CT for years. Sadly my last experiences have not been good. The amount of food on all plates has been ridiculously reduced. Although the service is good and the prices decent, the absurdly small portions of food have me looking for options. The tiny portions that each dish comes with feel like a joke.
