While standing at the register waiting for someone to see me, two employees stood having a convo and several others were in the back area. None of them responded to me. It was as though I was invisible. A man came into the store from outside and walked over to the register and took my order. He was outside and couldn't even bother to wash his hands before he got my coffee. He was heavy set with glasses and tattoos. When an employee who works with consumables comes into work and starts working without washing his hands, he should be fired immediately. I think he was the manager or assistant manager and he needs to go. I will never patronize that location again. This is the Covid era and not being sanitary is inappropriate, careless, and could make customers ill.

Not sure what’s going on but I purchased 5 gift cards totaling to 50$ on March 17th and the payment went through on my Venmo account. All cards declined & said invalid. The store told me to call the number on the card because it has nothing to do with them. I called and the lady was convinced that my bank disputed the charge & I reassured her about 2 times that my bank did not dispute the charge because I would know & she insisted they did and they can’t do anything about it. I contacted Venmo & the lady said it is very sketchy & that they did not dispute the charge whatsoever. I called back & the guy said I have to wait up to 48 hours for a protection and escalation team to contact me. I explained I now have proof that I didn’t dispute the charge and the money was still taken from me. That’s the only way they would listen. I’m wondering if an employee here the one that did my transaction had refunded himself cash (I used to work at Starbucks so I know it can be done, seen people do it and get fired). They are convinced I disputed the charge for some reason. My sisters boyfriend had went into a Starbucks and looked stupid because he tried to use one of the gift cards. Waiting to hear back so I can figure this out. 50$ missing and it’s not on the cards. The kid had to “start over” when doing my transaction because he was “confused”. Yeah right. Very sketchy

Don't waste your time. Online orders are never ready when they are supposed to be. Place is completely empty and somehow my order is not being made...ticket still sitting and the girl is cleaning up.. so ridiculous..I can't even make this up. Guess what. Got my hot coffee and it was luke warm. Smh should have closed this location and left the milford one open ?

I keep trying to give them a chance but they never fail to disappoint. They never get my order right... For example asked for caramel in my cold brew (which was horribly bitter), to which they asked "syrup or sauce", I said syrup, label says syrup, but I got nice thick gooey sauce lining the sides that doesn't mix into a cold drink. Sorry but not going to try again.

The store is always closed around 8.15 PM and the website says it opens till 9.00PM. They should change their hours as people travel 20 min to get the Starbucks coffee. Also the lady there replied it depends on the scheduling. I wonder company like Starbucks has a scheduling issue. What a joke!!!!

Happy my green tea was actually sweetened the way I ordered it. There was enough honey and I could actually taste the sugar added. It was delicious, thank you very much ?The Starbucks inside the stop & shop on elm Street West Haven Connecticut doesn't understand what sugar is, they keep giving me unsweetened flavored water, and since they're condiments aren't on display you better catch the barista before she leave the counter again.
