I had the pleasure to attend this Subway restaurant on Route 15, Orange Service Plaza on 11/5/2023 and was absolutely delighted to meet employees, Tony and De’Jon Waller who helped me with my order. They were both, polite, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable in their roles! Tony was friendly and offered upstanding service and food recommendations. De’Jon Waller was very responsive, warmth, personable and helped deliver the food promptly. I was both impressed and excited to meet such lovely and dedicated workers. They both deserve higher compensation for the quality service that they have provided. I genuinely enjoyed my food and service at this local subway stop! I HIGHLY recommend. If you are lucky enough to come across these workers, you should reward them with a high percentage tip, as they both sincerely deserve ☺️????

Overall cleanliness was lacking, trashcans were all full. Men's room needed cleaning. Dunkin and Subway were understaffed. Dunkin was selling items on their app that they didn't have.

Very bizarre bathroom situation - to attempt to accommodate the very long women’s line, the bathroom attendant kept switching the gender signs for the bathrooms every few minutes. After removing the Womens sign on the mens room, she directed me inside. When I came out of the stall the bathroom was filled with men actively using urinals. The attendant was just staring at me as if nothing was wrong and then tried to rush me out while I was washing my hands.It was really weird and uncomfortable- I am clearly female and was waiting on the women’s line before being redirected. Have never experienced anything like this before ¯\_( ツ)_/¯
