Don't expect the menu reflects what they offer everything I asked for they were out of. Only two types of bread and out of common cheeses. I got a chicken sandwich but there was a piece of roast beef in it so be wary if you have allergens or dietary restrictions.

I’m traveling and absolutely starving. I’m hungry as hell. And I stop in for a sub. It is 8:45pm. I stand here for three minutes. Guy comes out of the back and says hey we’re closed. Oh reallyit actually says they close at nine. Yeah won’t be coming back here travel this route very often. I am a senior level manager in the industry completely disgusted with the fact that you did not service guest until closing time. This is what gives companies bad reps you might want to reassess your hours of operation if you’re going to stop taking orders at 8:40 state that you’re only open till 840

When we arrived one employee was yelling for someone to close the Men's room door. The two women behind the counter starting yelling at my wife who was giving her order. "WHY DONT YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU DONT WANT ON YOUR SANDWICH!" My wife just politely continued and then the employee said so you want everything but pickles! My wife said you are being very nasty at which point the employee threatened to throw out our food. Which she did!!

Exceptional customer service. Generous, kind, and patient. You won't find a better subway experience, especially at a rest stop. The woman who took my kids and my order was an angel. You can tell she cares. So rare these days.

worst customer service. The lady in glasses with tattoo was giving me attitude and complained w her coworkers that my family were sitting down to eat the sandwich??? Outright racist. I dont know why after so many bad reviews she is not fired yet.

They abandoned the counter apparently to go make a delivery order. No sign or anything, on a busy day let everybody stand there for 5 minutes just for the Dunkin' Donuts associate to say she's not taking orders right now. So thanks but no thanks for wasting my time. A little common courtesy goes a long way.Parking: Good luck finding parking on a busy day. Barely any parking to begin with, I would not even bother stopping on a weekend you're not going to find anything.

Worst customer service I have ever had. I asked the lady to microwave the chicken and she literally threw a tantrum because she did not want to do it. Proceeded to charge us the wrong items and did not want to change the bill even after we asked her.

My family and I visited this subway on 4/11/22 at around 12:45 pm. Our experience at this Subway was absolutely terrible. From the moment we walked in, the lady at the counter was giving us condescending looks and muttering unnecessarily bitter remarks to herself. We were simply trying to give our order as normal, but she continued to raise her voice incessantly at us and patronizingly mocked us under her breath to her coworker several times. She made comments about the accents of some of my family members that seemed to directly stem from a racist attitude toward our entire family from the very beginning of the visit, even when we were all trying our best to be accommodating. Toward the end of our visit, she had the audacity to throw one of our sandwiches while continuing to yell at us even as we moved to leave the establishment. Her behavior throughout the visit was rude, inconsiderate, and downright appalling. I sincerely hope that Subway takes some action against this worker so that future customers will not have to deal with such an offensive and discriminatory environment.

I wish i could give zero star. Ladies at the counter were horribly racist, constantly commenting on the accent, throwing dishes and bowls at us. I am surprised to see that I am not only one when I read other reviews for this location and I don’t know why Subway as a company is not taking any action on this

Weirdest experience ever ! The lady taking our order was very rude and commented on my accent. She also threw the salad bowl I ordered.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! I wish I could give minus stars..I visited this Subway with my family on Monday-4/11/22 @ 12.30pm. The lady taking our order was extremely rude and unprofessional! She passed racist comments on each of us and threw our food at us! And as if this was not enough that her colleague started yelling at us! This subway-staff absolutely had no courtesy towards their customers! I hope Subway takes some action against their unprofessional and rude staff at this location!
