Great tacos and burritos. I personally love the hard shell pinto beans tacos or chicken soft tacos. Fast food feeling ambiance, but a quiet place to eat if that helps.

best quesadillas around. they are smaller but the chicken is just so good. its grilled and just perfectly crispy. most places the chicken is more like pulled rotisserie and not grilled crispy like this . i've also tried their chicken/rice bowls and they are very good. i've tried several places in and around the new haven area, and i have to say they have the best quesadillas hands down and they are consistently good every time i have ordered.

Don't listen to any of the negative reviews. We have alot of unsavory type hoodrat characters that are transient or from nearby section 8 projects who always have something to moan about as you can see in a few reviews. Don't believe one word of it. This place has amazing, fresh, tasty, high quality food and the owners are friendly, respectful people. The tacos and bowls are wonderful as is everything else and myself and family frequent this place often. When I'm there I see a steady flow of people getting takeout and that's for good reason. Everything is made to order and fast. I've been around a long time and I give it 5 stars ✨

I stopped in with Debbie for some tacos, basic menu: tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, Nachos, side orders, no tostada's - which momentarily flustered me. I had a Ground Beef and a Carnitas Taco, both packed, great portion of lettuce and cheese. Very good Hot Sauce and Mild sauce. I was pleased and my Mexican Rice was Outstanding. I wish they has a bigger menu, hopefully that will happen soon. I also don't like their order at the counter and get food when name is called, but I guess that's the sign of the times with some employee shortages. Again, overall, I think you should try it, owned by a nice family.

Was looking forward to trying this place as always looking for good Mexican food. Service was good and the place inside looked good but outside is a bit rundown. The tacos were ok - I would eat there again but not go out of my way for it. The veggie burrito was not good - lacked flavor.

The food is amazing!!! I usually get the steak Taco or quesadilla and it's always hot and fresh!!!. Their chips and green salsa is also very good. The only thing is it is so cold in there while you wait or dine in for food. Can be expensive but it is worth your money in my opinion!

I ordered the Santa Fe style rice and beans with half chicken and half steak through Uber Eats. The meat is seasoned & cooked to perfection. It isn't dry or undercooked? I am going to order this dish again in the future and I can't to try other food on the menu.

Too many places over stuff trying to sell me on their size as if bigger tastes better when delivering a gloppy mess of undefined mush . This mercifully is NOT the case at Taco Town. Their steak burrito is the perfect ratio of layered, flavorful, ingredients. I've been a few times now and they are consistently good, delivering on flavor.
