Always loved Nardelli's! Tried my first one here in the Valley! Ordered a tuna salad sandwich ? and it was delicious ? Only disappointed in the fact that I asked for extra cheese also and when I got home I found no cheese in my sandwich ?

I ordered through door dash, and when my dasher arrived ti pick up my order, she was told some guy already picked it up. That's kind of hard to believe though because as a door dash customer, we see what dasher was assigned to us and there was never a male assigned, only the girl who went to pick it up. She asked them to remake it, and they told her no (I was on the phone with her and heard them tell her this) A few minutes later I called and requested to speak to a manager, and the girl told me he wasn't there and asked if she could help me, I told her what happened and she said that they offered to remake it for the dasher, however they most certainly didn't because as I said I was on the phone with the dasher because she called to tell me that they handed my order to some random guy, and clearly didn't verify his phone to make sure he was supposed to pick up the order, because I was never assigned a male dasher. When I asked the employee ti remake it, she did, and I appreciate that, she was actually very nice, so this review isn't about her. Fast forward to when I went to pick it up, the girl hands me my order, apologizes, and out of nowhere some little skinny kid comes from behind the counter pretty much yelling at me telling me that I should be thankful because they didn't have ti remake my order...which number 1 was rude, and number 2, this wasn't free food, I was still charged for the order that your employees gave to the wrong person, I have not received a doordash credit for that. So I payed for delivery, and had to drive to pick up food, to be yelled at by this rude employee, who clearly wasn't raised correct, because that is not how you speak to a PAYING customer, I have my door dash receipt, I was charged for that order that one of your employees probably handed to one of their friends because like I said, I was never assigned a male door dash driver so I'm confused at how one came and picked up my food

Dude at the counter said “you could say thank you” as I was walking out when I already thanked the girl who handed me my pickup order. He didn’t help me at all just directed me to the register where I was headed anyway. Sandwich was not good enough to warrant me ever returning given that experience.

Good place. Changed my opinion of the franchise. Had a poor experience with the Southbury location, but this one was great. The two employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I explained I had no idea what I wanted, and had only had a so-so experience the one time I had been to a Nardelli's before. The guy making the sandwich was incredibly helpful in helping me narrow down what I wanted. Both employees were very friendly and talkative.The sandwich was good, the store was clean, the bathroom was clean and had nice decorations.I wish I had gotten their names, I would absolutely name them. Both are stellar and probably deserve raises. They probably know who they are.Bonus: Now I also know where to get Herr's Jalapeno Popper Cheese puffs. Damn those things are good.They tell me the Southbury location is owned by the same guy. I'm guessing the experience I had there was a one off, and I'll reconsider visiting that location again too.Be Excellent to Each Other, and thanks for a good sandwich!

This place has really lost it touch. I don't mind paying for over priced ingredients but 15 bucks for a sandwich is ridiculous. I ordered a roast beef with wverything, the dude didn't even ask me what kind of cheese. I ordered another grinder and no cucumbers, really tsell them at the store down the street, get them. I remember paying 10 bucks for a roast beef grinder. How did it all of a sudden jump 5 bucks, and the everything wasn't like it was before. If I'm guna pay, I need to get!!Sincerely, GS

This is a great little spot. I got the Tomato, mozzarella, chicken 1/2 grinder with everything and a gluten free roll. It was very good. The van outside the store says voted #1 grinder in the state of CT and it lived up to the hype. When they say fresh mozzarella, they mean it. It was only a half grinder but it filled me up for lunch. I didn’t get a chance to eat here but I stopped in for like a second to grab a delivery and it looked amazing. Just beautifully cleaned and somewhere that I just want to eat . Keep up the good work guys! My car smelled so good it was making me hungry lol . I’ll be in there soon

Best grinder I have ever tasted. Had the Italian with capicola, Genoa salami, ham, peppers hot sauce onions and lettuce. Other had steak and cheese and barbecue pork. All served with homemade hogi roll which made the sandwich outstanding. Highly recommend!

Nardellis is a great place to get a bite to eat. Food is always fresh staff is always friendly. when I am on the road with my job I know i can get something fast and fresh that tastes great
