Went two hours before closing, asking for a hot chocolate and was told "the machine is down, and we actually don't have anything, my bad" What a joke of a business. And the best part is this happened two days In a row.

Today a wednesday you get 0 stars..i walked in 4 different employees looked at me ..not 1 person walked over to me..there was 1 person in drive thru..11 55 look at the camera and watch your employee look at me and then go on her phone.Ill go to farmington for now on.

I truly can't say enough good things about this Dunkin. I go way out of my way to come to this location for many different reasons. One of which is Crystal the manager. She is SUPER friendly and always greets everyone with a smile. She ensures my order is correct and promptly prepared even during the busiest times of day. I HIGHLY recommend everyone who can travel to this location to do so! You will not regret it!
I want to give a shout-out to Adam, for his wonderful attitude. Something you just don't see these days! His Mama raised this young man right. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely awful service at the drive thru today. I had to repeat my order three times and the order was still wrong. When I politely asked for a correction the girl at the window made me repeat my order for a fourth time, and then turned and walked away without another word to me. She said something to another girl who was taking orders for the drive thru who exclaimed “That’s not what she said!!!” And then walked over to the window to close the drive thru door as she continued to talk. The original girl came back to the window and without a word handed us another wrong item. Frustrated, we left with it. Absolutely unprofessional behavior.
