The food and atmosphere were great. Tacos berria were delicious. Bartender really knew how to make drinks. Had a lot of choices for beer, including Pacifico beer. Really recommend this place. Come and visit.

I am convinced these yelp reviews are fake. I dined here with my family, and not one of us finished our plate. The food was TERRIBLE. First problem - chips brought to table not hot and stale. Salsa was great. Second problem- I got enchiladas...with steak filling and mole sauce. Steak was not included inside the enchilada but was served as one giant thin piece served over top? It was so tough and was not edible. Mole sauce was the most disgusting part. It tasted like melted hersheys chocolate mixed with cayenne pepper. Too sweet and drenched the whole plate. To even eat the small bits I did was a feat in itself. Will never come back and have posted my experience in several Facebook groups...it takes the cake for worst Mexican in Connecticut!

We tried this place based on the reviews. Unfortunately we had a very different experience. Chips were stale that were brought to us but salsa was good. I ordered the chicken quesadilla which was barely edible. Extremely greasy and the chicken had no flavor. The rice was almost bright pink and also had no flavor. Friendly service but won't be returning due to the food.

Got takeout, wasn't great. Probably would've been good in house but everything was soggy and cold, even though we picked up 5 minutes before the "ready" time. Dessert was good

The most amazing Mexican in town. I am so grateful to have found this spot that has incredibly reasonable prices, kind and quick service, beautiful ambiance, and authentic food. I will be coming back again and again and again.

From out of town and we were very glad we stopped here. I had the quesadilla with el pastor. My wife had a mole enchilada and we both loved our meals. The service was friendly and got our orders right. Really great service. And the ambiance was store front simplicity but decorated with deliberate care. Not pretentious but fun and festive!

I absolutely love this place . When I asked my Mexican neighbors where ti go for authentic food they sent me here. Everyone here is wonderful. The food is authentic, great portions and a great interior .Everyone I have brought here loves it and raves about it. The inside brings me back to happy days as a sailor cruising down to Mexico on my R & R . They do great drinks, food and takeout.
