We've been to Pagliacci's lots of times and have always had good experiences. The food is great.Recently, we ordered takeout and they gave us the wrong thing. I called and they confirmed the error but insisted we needed to drive back to get a refund. The manager on the phone said it was their policy, as anyone could call and get a refund just by saying the order wasn't correct. When I arrived, the manager didn't even make eye contact while processing the refund. The staff next to her apologized for the inconvenience and I was on my way.In short - Good food, but customer service needs improvement.

I had the gluten free rotini with marinara sauce and sausage, a salad with no croutons and the balsamic vinaigrette. It was really yummy! The waitress knew a lot of the answers and was able to get answers when she didn’t know. The portions are HUGE.Dietary restrictions: They do have a couple of options for gluten free pasta to choose fromThat can be subbed in most meals. As of this writing (1/21/24) the red sauce and marinara sauce are dairy free.
