Came here with my family (5 of us ) We ordered a pitcher of soda, Clam strips, a large bacon pizza and large BBQ Chicken pizza. Everything was good but the sauce on the bbq chicken pizza tasted like sweet and sour sauce not bbq. Staff was quick and prices were reasonable.

A party of 5 seated right away. We ordered Clam strips, a large bacon pizza and large BBQ Chicken pizza. Everything was tasty however the sauce on the bbq chicken pizza tasted like sweet and sour sauce rather than bbq. Service was quick and prices were decent for our party size.
Sax is my "go to" for local delicious slices. My family loves the grinders too.

my wife and i ordered a large and a medium pizza from sax's and the sauce was not all that great at all. when she ordered my large pizza she told the person that she wanted extra he called it meatball and it supposed to called hamburger. the sauce gave me such an upset stomach that i had to have saltines and milk to help settle my stomach big time. i remember at one time when the sauce was really good, i am not sure what happened. but on thing i do know is that i am not going to ever order a pizza from them ever again. and when he cut my pizza instead of cutting into pie shape it was cut into square shape. any other place that i have gone to to order pizza it has been cut into pie shape. when you go to this place, be real carefull as to what andd how you order your food

Couldn't be happier with the food or the service. As many restaurants respond to rising prices by adding more filler to their meatballs, I don't think Sax has resorted to such. The grinder I had today was spot-on what I expected and delicious. The staff was attentive and polite. And my mother only has good things to say about the place. Highly recommended.
