First time customer, was going by the place to get home and figured let's give it a try. Love pasta dishes so I tried the chicken parm dinner as a take out order. First thing is the staff are very nice. My dinner was terrible. Chicken was burnt as if way to long in the fryer. Sauce tasted and looked so old.Not very appetizing at all. I actually discarded the whole meal. I put two stars for atmosphere because while I was standing at the cash register, I could smell cigarette oder.

So this place is nostalgic to me. Used to order from this place all the time when I was younger. Classic old school neighborhood pizza joint. No frills just great pizza and wonderful servers. Food reminds me of my childhood.

Ok. I'm honestly totally and completely DONE trying to order from this place. There's always an excuse as to why they stopped cooking early when they close at 9 but their grill closes at 7:30 and you have a limited menu. Families usually get home from activities around or after 7:30. The food has been wildly inconsistent and whoever is answering the phone needs lessons in customer service. This whole place full of employees need lessons in customer service. Like I said, I'm done.

I went here yesterday. The staff was nice and friendly but after a while of being there i kept getting a strong odor of cigarette smoke. After asking the person i was with if whe smelled it, we turned around to see a table full of old men sitting newr the restrooms and one of them had a lit cigarette inside the establishment people were eating at. I am glad i already paid and had my food because we left immediately. This is not a private club and i can't believe they allowed this to happen. I will never return to this place. The veggie pizza was nothing special either.

Horrible experience asking for a special pizza with no mushrooms pizza came out after 40 minutes full of mushroom. I was told that they could take it back to pick out the mushrooms for me. I opted not to and to pick them out myself. They drowned the pizza in mushroom it tasted horrible and was told for my displeasure that they would discount a portion of the meal. 2 dollars off. best in Connecticut 2013 how far you have fallen

Waitress took our order we ordered wings, and then took an other tables order which they ordered wings and came back to tell the other table they don't have wings, but yet brought them out wings then came to us and said sorry ? no wings like really we should of gotten those wings, but I know when I am discriminated so I paid my bill for two drinks and left to Sliders wow it was better at sliders
