“First visit to The Charles today.Had lunch today with a close friend who has been many times..It was my "birthday" lunch..The service was great..we both ordered the The Reuben which was absolutely amazing and the Truffle Fries were outstanding..And at the end of our meal..our server brought out a little birthday dessert with a candle which was the perfect size and very decadent.Loved the charming atmosphere as well..we had eaten upstairs..Will definitely be returning!“

“I have food allergies and dietary restrictions and thankfully they do offer some items that fall into those categories. The restaurant always been super nice and clean. The food is always great. Highly recommend it to anyone going.Vegetarian options: There is only one ramen bowl that is clearly vegetarian. The rest of them have broths that either have some type of protein to enhance the raw flavor or gluten in it.Dietary restrictions: They do have three ramen bowls that do not have shellfish in it. They also can substitute gluten-free noodles.Parking: There is limited parking in front of the actual restaurant but since it's in a plaza, there's plenty of parking there.“

I have tried a number of things, all are great but the rice bowls and / or the veggie quesadilla are my go tos, and the bowls reheat wonderfully the next day too. That said I am not sure you can go wrong. It's mostly just a take out counter and a few small tables, but the service is always prompt, kind, correct, and most importantly, so good.Vegetarian options: They will swap out the protein for chick peas or other alternatives, and if vegan they will modify as well.Dietary restrictions: They are very accomodating to requests to change out some ingredients and offer the ability to subsititue up to two options as part of the cost.“

“I love to go to Pokemoto. They have really good sauces like the Creamy Miso and make delicious seaweed salad. What I like best about this place is the service though, the servers are always kind and efficient. Today I went to get a Poke bowl and my server, Sophie, helped me pick out some new things to try based on what I liked already. The bowl she helped me create is so scrumptious and I so appreciate her help!! Definitely going to keep coming back here as long as I can.“

The girl who made my food was very kind and patient, even giving me recommendations for my wrap.
