Our pictures did not do it justice as we just popped by to pickup takeout and then ate in the car… I was impressed with the quality last fall and I feel like it has even improved since we were there!! It was a bit pricey, but worth it!!!

I am a cigar smoking, Harley rider from NYC and recently on a rainy Saturday afternoon with the urging of my vegetarian lady visited Botanika Cafe.Perfection can be defined as the state or quality of being flawless, without any faults or defects, and meeting the highest standards of excellence. It often implies completeness and excellence in every aspect. From the ambience, service and food the Botanikais the epitome of perfection. We enjoyed the nachos, Greek salad, veggie burger and protein shake and all were delicious. We will never visit the town of Ridgefield without stopping by.The owner Christina, took the time to visit our table and inquire if all was good.If you live within a 20 mile radius, instead of ordering pizza take the drive and I assure you that you will not be disappointed.

Plants everywhere, adorable paintings and animals on the wall, I loved the look of this cafe. I thought the prices were a little high($7 cookie, $17 sandwich) but the quality of the food is good and everything is gluten-free so I guess it's reasonable. My only complaint was my family members got the "eggplant sandwich" and it was more like eggplant toast. They were expecting something completely different but it was still yummy, just not as filling as expected

A cute little place with a pleasant relaxing ambience. Their menu looks really good but we got only hot chocolate.

Amazing vegan gluten free organic food. Pancakes are a must have! It’s clear they use quality ingredients without much gums and fillers. Can’t wait to come again!!Dietary restrictions: The whole store is vegan and gluten free- and has SO many options.

Great atmosphere because of the plants, cushions and painted murals. Green tea with great taste in a nice mug.

Great quality food but a bit on the pricier side, not too bad though.

Great food! Lots of options for great taster options for vegans! My husband who was in a raw diet even had a few good options. Service was very good. Inside is a little tight so it wouldn't be good for large groups. Ambiance is really nice in a really nice on a street with other local businesses that you should check out near by.

I came for the GF cinnamon roll. I arrived at 10:30 am. The rolls weren't ready. I waited an hour. They said they would be ready in twenty minutes. I left to do some shopping and returned an hour later they still weren't ready. In the meantime I had purchased an orange cranberry muffin to take home. This was clearly stale. It was sandy and dry even melted butter didn't help it. Six dollars and ninety five cents for stale baked goods is a crime. Shame on you! On the plus side my friend's avo toast was good. The ambiance is cute. I came home and had a GF Trader Joe's moist muffin of superior quality!

I come here every once in a while, because I really want to like the place and support local business. However, I always leave feeling disappointed.1-the food is incredibly overpriced for what it is. Even with inflation, the prices are still ridiculous.Example, one time my husband and I order a Caesar wrap, smoothie and a golden latte and the total came out to $35.00.2-food is not restaurant quality and mediocre at best. Ordered the pasta bolognese once and the sauce lacked flavor, was watery and pasta was mushy. The tempeh Caesar wrap is OK, but the tempeh itself was way too dry, as was the wrap itself (I also want to mention that the wrap doesn’t hold so you have to eat it with a fork).3-this could just be me, but the service is not great. I never felt welcomed, the person at the register tends to come off quite cold (this happened on multiple occasions). Also, it’s very slow. My husband waited 20 minutes for a green smoothie (which still had large chunks of fruit in it). To add, the menu itself is quite disorganized and difficult to read.4-I love the idea of having lots of plants in a restaurant, but the decor (to me) tends to look disorderly and overwhelming.
