I've bought some nice upscale teas here for a gift several years in a row. Owner is SUPER friendly and helpful. I feel welcomed when I walk in and as a single guy I can't say that about certain places.

I called at 10:30 a.m. and got the owner. I said you are my wife's favorite Bakery and I want to come down and get some cupcakes for her birthday. she said she was late opening but would be there by 11(an hour late) I drove rather far out of my way to get to my wife's favorite Bakery and when I got there to buy cupcakes she told me they don't sell cupcakes they only sell cookies and sent me to a place down the road. I could have easily bought cupcakes in Norwalk I assume, and was rather frustrated because I did not have the hour to spare around trip on my wife's birthday. I suppose the fact that she wasn't listening to me at all could have been understandable if she had been just a standard employee but to find out it was the owner was disappointing.

My friends and I recently stumbled upon Elizabella's on a visit to Ridgefield. We had a fabulous shopping experience. The owner was welcoming and knowledgable. She made recommendations without being pushy. Her packaging is lovely.

Small town experience at its best! The most charming store with the owner on hand ready to serve up cookies and tea! The best combination of kitchen tools and gift ideas-all in the coziest most welcoming environment. Love this shop and everything about it!!

Cookies and cupcakes are Amazing!! Adorable shop with a vast variety of unique gift items but practical too. Friends love the cupcakes because they're light and not super sweet, just right to satisfy the indulgence. I LOVE my sweets and am not a huge "plain" cookie lover BUT these shortbread cookies are the bomb!! The beautifully decorated sugar cookies and chocolate chip cookies also are good and just taste healthier but the shortbread cookies... bring me back time and again (luckily I don't live too close! I'd be broke and 500lbs!) The owner was incredibly nice, great service every time I've been in. Be aware it's very boutique, you may not find a large or even full display of goods like a typical bakery...but what is there is totally worth it! She likely does custom orders mostly...as I was introduced through a party serving her desserts!

Charming little store where you will find lots of beautiful items for you kitchen. Owner has little pastries that are out of these world. I love the petite-fours!
The owner is fantastic and the almond cookies are heavenly! Absolute perfection. She was also very patient and accommodating in working with me to put together a holiday gift of dozens of individually wrapped cookies so that our family could say thanks in a COVID-friendly way. Every store in Ridgefield is a delight, but this one is a true gem. Thank you!

First of all I love the store, it is beautifully arranged and has a great selection of merchandise. The tea selection is especially lovely. I also like her brightly colored linens and paper goods. But, what put me over the edge of truly loving Elizabella's was how Elizabeth helped my son plan my birthday gift with absolutely no benefit to her. He had a very specific baked good in mind. Though her petit fours and cookies are yummy, she doesn't make what he wanted, but did put him in touch with someone who could. I'll be a customer for life because of her generosity of spirit in that situation.
