I had to wait to order because staff was talking.I didn't wait long for my coffee, there was no line but they were completing online orders; why not complete the order for the person standing there?
I guess I just want to give people a heads up that I don’t know why it is, but this Starbucks is significantly slower than any Starbucks I’ve been to. I go to the neighboring location multiple times a week and my order is always ready in like 5 mins, but at the Ridgefield location I submit my order minimum 10 mins before I arrive every time and every single time without fail I have to wait for my drink for a minimum of 5 minutes, sometimes much more (one time I waited 20 additional...read full review
