best cupcakes i’ve ever had! the red velvet is my favorite and my go-to! i love how everything is gluten free and they are very understanding with any allergies! The best place for sweets and no matter the distance I will always come here! The place itself is always clean and the staff is very friendly! this place is amazing and i guarantee you that you won’t regret trying their treats!

I was looking for a bakery that didn't use nuts in their product and would be gluten free for my guests. I have been to many bakeries in Europe and also in the states and I have never really looked at reviews before actually going to a bakery. I started reading the reviews about The Cake Box which were all wonderful with the exception of one. Reading the response to that bad review from the Cake Box made me want to go there to see for myself. I purchased a chocolate cake and 8 cupcakes. It was the best cake I have ever eaten and my guests agreed. The cupcakes were moist and fresh and absolutely tasted homemade. Never go by any review. There was a line to the door so that also tells you that Ridgefield knows what they have. Absolutely fabulous!! When I want a desert that I know will be a crowd pleaser I will be coming to The Cake Box

Absolutely some of the best cupcakes and sweet treats around. We always make it a priority to stop for treats when we are in Ridgefield and the lattes are so good too. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. We have a nut allergy in our home and I never have to worry about anything we get there.Dietary restrictions: They are a but free bakery.

The header is in the way, the gluten free selections are not included or labeled consistently, and full descriptions of the products are not accessible (when you click on a product to see more information, it adds it to the cart without redirecting to a more informative product page) and as someone with an unusual food intolerance this is EXTREMELY concerning. Of course, all those issues only became apparent when i changed devices to a laptop, as the website is not at all optimized for tablet or mobile use. For a bakery that has marketed itself as catering to dietary needs such as allergies, gluten free, and vegan, you'd think they'd make it easier to actually ORDER the baked goods!

I purchased a Salted Caramel GF cake for my daughter's birthday and everyone thought it was the best cake they ever tasted. I am known as a great baker but gluten free cakes can be difficult to master. This far surpassed anything I could have imagined. We are all still craving this cake!
