We went in with no one around and sat at the bar for Food and Drinks. Great cocktails, can even make a sazerac, and delicious food. Looks like a great happy hour, but we have not bee.

Our waiter and his helper were both terrific. Our waiter told us all about your special nights. He was friendly, patient and informative. Our tapas plates and main entrees were very good. Half price wine on Wednesday is fantastic. Great job!

I was very impressed by the tapas and service. Authentic dishs and a great atmosphere. The raisin pudding dessert was ridiculously good.

Finally stopped in at Tablao to give their tapas a try as I tend to be a big fan of the small plate restaurant model that encourages sharing and trying new things.Me and company came out for a weekend lunch and while it wasn't very busy there were still other ppl seated enjoying their meals. The layout of the restaurant is fairly open and we'll designed with enough natural lighting to feel comfortable. Nothing over the top or unsightly so pretty much what you would expectFor food we ordered a bunch of tapas and spilt a couple mains and dessert. The overall verdict on everything was kind of a mixed bag, let me explain ?The bacalao fritters weren't the typical dried cod and a bit disappointingThe chorizo tapas were fine with a good flavor and nice balance but again a bit disappointing, the chorizo had a lot of smoked pimenton (paprika) and not much else to it, very one note. The stuffed squash blossoms where probably my favorite thing with the mixed grill falling a bit flat with a fairly bland chimichurri. For dessert we had a crema catalan and a pana cotta.... the crema was stiff and not at all custardy while the pana cotta was solid but kind of missing a bit of pop.Overall it was decent but nothing that blows me away compared to some other tapas bars in the state.

Finally visited the Ridgefield location. The atmosphere and location were very good. Plenty of parking outside the restaurant. Service was excellent. Friendly bartenders. Had the white sangria which is very tasty and good.

A friend and I went for the first time since the pandemic and it was fabulous! The specialty cocktails were amazing and every Tapas plate we ordered was well prepared and delicious. The service was personalized. The waiter and maitre d really cared about our satisfaction. They have Happy Hour from 3-6 every day and the prices are great! I will be back and highly recommend it!!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Danny was beyond amazing and accommodating. We celebrated my friend's birthday there and it was one of the best meals I've had since I moved to CT. The black Paella was an experience. Everyone on the table agreed that we have not had a Paella like that anywhere...it had a generous amount of seafood and meat. We had a couple of tapas to start...I recommend all of them. We had a bottle of Bonanza to accompany our food! It was beyond perfect. The service was 10/10 Danny continued to check on us and the baby at the table. He accommodated us and allowed a cake from outside. The whole staff came out and sang Happy Birthday with us. This was a 10/10 experience. This is now my favorite restaurant!

Met a client there for an early lunch. Food was very good. Since we were there early we were the only clients in the restaurant and our service was great

Dined on a Tuesday night. Upon entry was seated right away. However it was 10 minutes before we were even offered water, based on my observation others who'd come in after us were promptly catered to. The restaurant was not packed or considerably busy. When we had the opportunity to place our orders the gentleman who served us was pleasant. Once receiving our food however there was no follow-up to see how'd we were doing. My husband wanted some condiments and I had to literally flag someone down to ask for them well into our meal. We feel the food could've been seasoned much better. My husband's meal served large portions of meat with subpar taste. It was an experience as we try to find spots within our area. Not sure if I would return. Based on service alone.

I really want to love this restauran. The service is just terrible! The waitstaff is rude and cold. The food and drinks are decent but I the service is so rude it's uncomfortable!
