Stopped in on a whim to see what they had for prepared foods. Great selection. Owner was nice and walked us around showing us the gluten and dairy free options available that we requested. We choose a white bean vegetable soup and my daughter said it was the best prepared soup we have ever bought. And a white bean dip which was delicious as well. Lastly we are excited to try the gluten free gnocchi at home one of these nights for dinner. Great little place. We will be back!

Soup was excellent, espresso was top notch and the focaccia pizza they heated up for us was exactly what we needed. Tip - tables are on the right side of the shop. No need to sit on the benches out front. Owner & staff were awesome ! Can't wait to go back and see what else they have !

Went in tonight and looked around. The owner greeted me and left me to continue browsing. Beautiful store with a variety of imported items as others have mentioned. Had I not already had plans for the evening I would have bought more. There were premade meals, pastas and vegetables, the owner did have future plans for Paninis and other wonderful fresh bowls. I did buy the focaccia bread that was fresh made, it was the perfect balance of crunch and softness with a much appreciated balance of spices. I will be back, the owner was wonderful and made me feel at home. Thank you Ani.

I visited for the first time the other day. The product selection was wonderful (I loved how there were some international products like from Mexico, Spain, etc.). The staff was super warm, friendly, and welcoming. I bought some HOMEMADE garlic butter (oh my gosh, YUM!!! GET SOME!!!) and Mexican sea salt. Those were awesome (!!!) finds. My only two suggestions are:1) The price points are a bit high but, I can understand why (the product type, prices these days, etc.). This will just cause me to visit every once in a while versus once a week or something due to the price points.2) I love that you've prepared food but, a majority of it is Italian. Could there be more American and international prepared foods? That'd be really nice.Overall, welcome to the Rocky Hill community. My family and I really do appreciate and thank you for being here. We will be back! ?

My husband and I ordered the Valentine's to-go brunch (by which I mean, I ordered it and told him to go pick it up). It was absolutely gorgeous-- I knew the food would be good, but I didn't anticipate the presentation. Pink sparkle ribbons, tissue paper decorations, everything packed in cute jars. It made our day for sure. I've now given him some not-subtle hints that he can take advantage of the Mothers Day box later this year.

Last evening I had the pleasure of going to Ani's Open House that featured their Turkey Day offerings. Oy! So delicious! Proseco, charcuterie and mini raspberry tarts were served among other delightful foods. I spent an hour looking at all the colorful displays. Bought a container of frsh garlic mashed taters. Good Luck! I enjoyed myself. The crew is very engaging! Keep up the good vibes Ani!!!

I bought a container of Eggplant Parm this afternoon. What a disappointment!!!! It was as dry as a bone, very little sauce and NOT GOOD, in my opinion. There were very few entrees to choose from. I asked the cashier if it was made fresh today? She said yes, but then changed her statement and said, it was made yesterday. $17.99 is an exorbitant amount to charge for eggplant parm. I will not return.

Something is cooking at Ani's Table & Marketplace. Chef Ani is bringing delicious prepared, specialty food and gourmet coffee to Rocky Hill. A spacious shop full of pastas, sauces, spices, pastries, prepared food, hand-picked artisanal groceries and gourmet coffee. I tried my first Cuban Coffee, an espresso shot with melted sugar that brought a dark, rich, caramelized flavor. Ani made the drink herself and educated me on this special drink--it was so delicious! I love strong, rich coffee. The hot Caramel Latte was delicious too with a rich, unique, crème brûlée-like flavor. Chef Ani developed an original coffee blend that was meticulously crafted and I can attest it's a fantastic brew. It's a flavor that Connecticut coffee scene as been missing. I also got an Iced Vietnamese Coffee for the road. Other specialty drink options were Cappuccinos, Americano, Tea, Thai Iced Tea and more. There are items that are sweet and savory to delight the morning or to satisfy a late afternoon snack. If you are looking for a new spot for coffee or pick up a tasty, easy dinner, come by Ani's Table & Marketplace!
