Every time I go there my order is continuously never made right, now I have to go to a different Dunkin because of the continuous inconvenience even though it’s right down the street from my job my manager and my coworker say the same thing about this

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is the absolute worst Dunkin around. Being that I live so close to this location, I’ve tried so many times to give this place the benefit of the doubt but this last trip was the final straw. Had to wait to even place my order (plain bagel not toasted with cream cheese) so they could “catch up.” Get to the window after 10 minutes of waiting, just for the young girl to not even acknowledge us, no “How are you?” Not even a smile. After a few minutes this rude girl asks what my order was and before even finishing my sentence walks away. Next employee comes to the window, a younger guy semi nicer than the girl, proceeds to ask AGAIN what my order is, just to tell me they don’t have plain bagels (could have told me this 10 min ago when I ordered). I said give me whatever the heck you guys have, honestly. Then a THIRD employee asks us if we had something with caramel…NO. I would have found this situation comical, and I did the first 2 times it has happened to me at this location. But now, being the 3rd time this has happened here I am done coming here. We finally got our food after 15 to 20 min of waiting in a FAST FOOD DRIVE THRU, and when I say this I mean I was handed the bag and they just walked away. I said “you all have a nice day” nobody said anything back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MISERABLE WORKERS. And minimum wage is how much?! Retraining and rehiring is a must here, I worked in food service for 10 years and my first job was Dunkin. I’ll always give restaurant employees the benefit of the doubt, but I just can’t with this one.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE OR ANY ON SILAS DEAN HIGHWAY THEY ARE OWNED BY THE SAME PERSON Worst experience ever at a Dunkin' Donuts. I was in the drive through and someone in the drive through in front of me decided it was a drive up window to deliver things to the workers. When me and my husband said something about this, the girl made crying faces like she was making fun of us and proceeded to make fun of us in laugh and say she could do whatever she wanted to do because she was the franchise owner. Then when we pulled to the window, staff refused to serve us. Because of how we had talked to the franchise owner about questioning why she was delivering out of drive through window. When there's a door you can walk through....Update even though it was the franchises spoiled daughter who started the argument and followed me fpr several miles even onto the highway afterwards apparently I am now banned from all dunkin donuts in rocky hill and weathersfield because these people who own these dunkin don't care about their customers only your money clearly by this behavior because she felt it was fine to hold up a line to deliver goods and they feel their daughter is right in her actions enough to punish me

I am really sorry to say this. This place should be closed. It was dirty nasty service this morning. He went there. She says she's a manager. She literally like spilled a coffee on me called coffee and I order hot latte. She tried to prove me it's hot I am really wanna see the manager or I'm gonna or I'm gonna go in a quart one server and another one she says that she's a manager of the shift

Worst customer service ever they mess on my order i told them that's not i order the girl give me an attitude close the window in my face telling she busy i said not my problem you guys mess up my order i ask her for my change back they didn't want give it to me i work across the street rather drive 10 minutes up the street to Starbuck u get the best there no issue when i go there i hope the manager will see this .fyi i will make sure i tell my coworkers never to go there again i rather give no star but it won't post
