We visited this location on 10/2/23 @11:30am. I was getting my birthday treat. We asked for an ice water after waiting for 10 minutes for the car in front of us. The “rude” girl at the window was obviously overwhelmed, and took out on us. “Next time order your water at the speaker”…..really….thanks for everything. If you can’t handle two cars on the drive thru maybe look for a job with less pressure.

This place is a hot mess. Took 15 min. to make one small cold brew with milk. Drive through seems to get priority. Bathrooms were disgusting, no soap to wash hands. Please do better.

I rarely review places I order from Uber, but what really grinds my gears is ordering a trenta Starbucks drink and receiving a tall. I could understand not having trenta cups and giving me a venti, but giving somebody the smallest size drink is a total rip off. Almost $6 down the drain for a stupid drink.
