Misty Vale Deli is great. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I usually order online and it's always ready as soon as I arrive. The employees are friendly and organized. I recommend them often.

My food cost me about 20 bucks for chicken tenders that were greasy and poor quality also a salad with ceaser dressing that tasted spoiled. I'd never go back here. Granted the food is cheap to an extent so I guess you get what you pay

Used to be a pretty good deal for the price but the last two times I was there (late 2023) I found that they are getting stingy with the food. Very little chicken on my sandwiches.. it's nice to get a sandwich for under $10 these days but it still needs to be a satisfying meal. These two recent visits were disappointing.

I made a fairly quick pit stop at Misty Vale Deli & General Store to grab some lunch yesterday afternoon on the recommendation from a buddy of mine who said the Sizzling Sirloin Sandwich is good, which it was. It was a good deal too. I also had a bag of Deep River Jalapeño chips to go with it. Those were a little bit pricey, but the sandwich offset the cost a little.The have many, many great sounding items on the menu.This place is always very busy, so I knew it would be good and worthwhile stopping in.The people who are running it are nice.Bottom line; I’m glad I went there.
If you in a hurry, it is nice place to stop for fast sandwiches .Unfortunately they don't have restroom.Not really a room to sit inside, but you can find tables outside although not really a comfortable environment for visitors.Maybe I will go there again if I will need to grab a coffee or sandwich to go.

This is a nice little local deli in Newtown. The prices of their sandwiches are very reasonable and have always been consistently good. In this economy, it’s hard to beat what you get for their prices. I stop by this deli pretty regularly and haven’t been let down yet.
