“Their organic butternut squash is incredible. Amazing menu, excellent with any food allergy you can think of (dairy, nuts, fish, grain, soy, eggs...), where the food is actually delicious no matter what your restriction is. Normally buckwheat pancakes taste a little gritty, but not these! These (vegan! GF!) ones are fluffy and beautiful and taste right like your childhood. Even the free refill coffee is excellent. We tend to spend quite a bit when we come because their cocktail menu is too good.This place is making me consider moving to West Haven just so I can eat there all the time.Vegetarian options: Incredible vegan breakfast and vegan lunch menus!Dietary restrictions: Incredible selection of gluten free baked goods (the sandwich bread is delicious!)“
“We recently had the pleasure of getting a bite to eat at the Country Corner and it became more than just lunch. I was up in Bethany before COVID and had a wonderful meal then but upon walking in this time I was reminded that when you come here you will be welcomed like family. Between Cassie, Sandy and Moe they run a wonderful place. The place is beautiful and the food really does stand out. I had a Chef Salad which I was able to eat all of it. It was very big and very fresh. I truly enjoyed it. My wife ordered a Pistachio cake for dessert. ( I don't care for Pistachio) Well I ate half of hers. It was AMAZING! I was told it was made by Mom. She is so incredibly talented! You really could taste the love. I was told that Sam (dad) passed away a few years ago. You can clearly see and feel that his spirit lives on through their love and pride for this place. I look forward to returning and seeing especially what Mom has baked. ❤️??“

“We could not be happier. This place was amazing for breakfast. My husband got an omelette with sausage and he could not stop remarking at how much sausage was in it. And a side of house made corned beef hash which he absolutely loved.I got Greek yogurt with strawberries and blueberries, granola and Greek honey. It was a generous and absolutely delicious breakfast. We are already excited to come back. 10/10 would recommend.“
“Always has a great breakfast but I really love the burger. Super affordable either by itself or deluxe with fries and cole slaw. Wish I took a picture of the menu to show the price. Plus it’s only two dollars to add bacon to your burger if you want. basically paid $20 (with tax and tip) for a double bacon cheeseburger deluxe with a Diet Pepsi. The only downside is that you only get 1 refill with the soda.“
“Staff made eatting there a pleasure. Drinks nd food came fast. The atmosphere was awsome. Very clean bathroom clean with pleasant sent. They serve alcoholic beverages which are yes, yes, yes made right. Food was impeccable. Plenty of parking. Reasonably priced for the amount of food and drinks we got. Definitely going again. I recommend trying anything on menu that appeals to you. You can't go wrong.“

“OMG! Talk about food that makes you want to come back! 5 stars for many reasons. Excellent service was provided all the way through from start to finish.Food was delivered very quickly and it was hot and delicious! Fries were crispy, sandwich was moist and yummy, don't even get me started on the (Custom) Banana Nutella French Toast! My wife tried the Avacado Omelette and also gave it 5 stars! Even the Cole Slaw was good, and we never eat the Cole Slaw!Coffee was hot and perfectly robust ? I believe it's Omar coffee brand but for some reason it tastes better than other restaurants lol I'm not sure what they're doing better.Prices were fair considering prices are going up everywhere, we still kept it under $50 not including tip.Definitely plan on coming back!“

My wife and I come here pretty often, and we enjoy the idea of exploring the menu, even though we often gravitate towards our favorites.Ioanna, the owner, and all the staff, are so friendly, it's incredible. You end up with the feeling like you know them all personally. And if you come here often enough, you will.Just a great place to come, sit down, relax, take a deep breath, enjoy some good food, and some friendly faces.Tonight I'm having the steak tips, which comes in a brown sauce with onions and mushrooms over rice. It is absolutely delicious. It is enough to make two meals, so now I know what I'm having for lunch tomorrow! By the way, my meal came with a side salad and dessert. Am I ordered the fries because I couldn't help myself :).My wife had the blueberry pancakes, one of her favorites. They're huge, so she automatically cuts them in half as soon as she gets them, and she brings one half home for the next day. So she gets two meals out of hers also.“

“This is a gem of a spot in Seymour!! Their food is top notch excellent and they have utterly delicious vegan options! Prices are incredibly reasonable and the portions are just right. My partner said it’s the best breakfast burrito he’s ever had in Ct. I got a vegan soyrizo sandwich and was also blown away. Can’t WAIT to go back and try more of their dishes - everything that came out of the kitchen looked bangin! The owners are friendly and outgoing. I’d just be aware the space is quite small so seating is limited - more of an issue if you’re wanting to bring a group on a weekend.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian but more importantly VEGAN options.“
