While I was there getting my regular drink that I’ve gotten everyday normally they told me they were out of Splenda which in my opinion should always be on hand due to may peoples diets, they also informed me that they were out of the strawberry dragon fruit juice and that they wouldn’t have it all week because they didn’t get enough in that week and they were sorry, and at the same time it was only two employees at the time when they are alway supposed to have a manager on duty and Atleast two to three employees on at a time in any fast food industry, and the employees that they had on at the time were alone even though they legally aren’t allowed to be alone and Even while working through a rush ON THEIR OWN, they have great spirits with the customers and didn’t let their attitude effect how they treat people and I myself am giving the employees a five star review for David and the other employee who I didn’t catch her name but was still a delight and I had a great experience with his amazing attitude

I have a mobile order that I have been sitting in line waiting on since 7:11, it’s now 7:34 and I still haven’t reached the window. Folks behind me in the drive through are leaving. I miss the old crew that used to work here, what the heck happened? Sorry, but after today I won’t be back to this location. Service speed, consistency and friendliness have bottomed out at this location.

I’m so bummed. Used to be my go to until they got a crew full of new employees. One of them is extremely rude and talked to the person in front of me for 5 minutes after the lady got her order. They used to have the best frozen coffees, but they don’t know how to make them anymore either. This frozen coffee has no cream in it and looks like a medium put into a large cup. I’m so frustrated. I thought it was a fluke the first time this happened, but it happened again. Not only that, but having to wait 20 min in the drive thru 9 times out of 10. So over it. The one in Oxford is more of a drive for me, but so much better!
Nice spot to stop at in my way to Danbury. It was easy on and off busy street. The donuts were fresh. This was around 2pm or so. They had vanilla cream filled powdered donuts which I haven't seen since I was a child! A somewhat nostalgic moment. The inside was clean and quiet this time of day. Peaceful atmosphere, cashier was nice and attentive. Bravo! Lot was clean with ample parking. Outdoor seating. Ramp going up to door. Bathrooms were decent.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp leading to door entrance. Handicap parking spot right adjacent to ramp.

Young service people. Most don't listen nor respond to food requests properly. Apparently no skin off their nose. Third of time your order is wrong or missing something. Twice repeated to toast bagel well done, but got barely toasted, and sometimes not toasted! Amazing!
